I have had my 2001 BMW Z3 3.0i roadster regularly serviced at Reliable for over seven years. Jack and Dennis are both highly competent and extremely ethical professionals. Their repair rates are very fair and they always deliver on time. They are true BMW experts. I give them my highest recommendation..........Update.....I recently bought a second 2001 BMW Z3 2.5i roadster with less than 20,000 actual miles. As soon as I received the car I took it to Reliable Auto Repair and had it completely checked out by Jack and Dennis. If you are serious about your maintaining your BMW at top condition this is the place to go. My 2001 Z3 3.0i roadster is running great .......just turned over 200,000 miles on its odometer........

Best mechanic in town. My family has been going here for about 7 years so far and I have nothing but great things. Extremely fair and honest. What I also like is that his garage is always SUPER CLEAN. All the work he has done has always been top notch and my car (or my parents or sisters) has never been returned dirty. Very very very honest and very knowledgeable. I have recommended him to many friends. Best place in town hands down.

Torn boot on axle. Excellent service with the final cost being a third of what the BMW dealership quoted. Owner was a pleasure to work with. One year warranty.

I wasn't a customer, rather. I just picked up and dropped off a friend whose car was being serviced there.He said great stuff about the place though. His car, a Mini Roadster, gets turned away by a lot of mechanics but not this guy at reliable; he's apparently "got 'em."

Alberto did a great job on my brake issues. As a snowbird, I am looking for honesty and skill. Both were met here. They did a job that someone else in town quoted over 3 times as much. I will be bringing my car back here for scheduled maintenance from now on.

I have taken both my 2005 325i and 2002 530i to them for all maintenance purposes and Jake has always been honest and straight forward. Great experience, these guys are very reliable and trustworthy. I needed some repairs and my A/C vacuum sealed and recharged and these guys had me in and out the next day. The only repair shop we trust to service all of our vehicles. Jack is a wonderful diagnostician. He goes above and beyond. His prices are very fair and he gets the job done. This is one of the good guys. Very hard to find these days. We've been going to this shop for years and will be for years to come. Thanks Jack!

Jack has the knowledge and experience to get the job done for you! He corrected a few problems that Mini Cooper mechanics couldn't figure out, on my 2009 Mini Clubman. He has a very nice shop and was very fair and pleasant to do business with.

Jack really knows his BMW's . He is a pleasure to deal with. Does things the right way for a reasonable price. I wouldn't take my 530i anywhere else.
