Was in last week to purchase a truck. This would be my second truck with Dodge dealer, super attentive staff down to the finance department. A couple hiccups but they made it happen and made it work. Wanted to mention and thank Roberto Matos and Rene Diego to make this happen and I m able to get enjoy my truck thank you.2024 Dodge Ram limited

Initially went online looking for Jeep Wagoneers. Sales reps from Miami Lakes auto mall replied to inquiries. Next day I was at the dealership. Dayron Ulacia and Kevin Vigniero were there to greet me. They ve offered a few options but of the Jeep Wagoneer L series so I can test drive. The 2024 Wagoneer L series II inline V6, twin turbo is a beast. Both sales reps explained the upgrades and features of the vehicles. They as sold on the Wagonner L series II Turbide. The sales manager was straightforward in explaining the sales/ lease options. Few times in my life I can say my vehicle buying experience was top-notch. This was one of them. Thank you team for providing above and beyond customer service. A+ to Dayron and Victor!

So I sent this email to their customer service a week ago and nobody has even acknowledged the email, they sell you a car with manufacturers problems and when. You take it to fix it they fix that and break something else, so that you have to keep going, this is the email I sent, a week later still no reply.Hey Lucy thank you so much for your email I wanted to check in regarding my last fix, I too my challenger 2023 ( 10 months since bought) because of a big oil leak. I really don t know how that happens to a brand new car but I understand. I take my car after a week ( that was the second time at the dealer, first time was one month after buying for a defective module that had to be replaced) again don t know how, but after fixing the oil leak now it s making a squeaky noise when I putting in park or reverse that it was not doing g before, I take it again supposedly it s the transmission, I do not have any problems with the car I love it, but I think something has to be done. 4 times will be on Tuesday the 11th that I take my car to the dealer in 10 months. I don t want to point fingers but somebody is not doing what they are supposed to be doing, I really hope that next Tuesday is my last time going to the dealer to fix my car it is very stressful, and I couldn t even get a rental last time, (another story) please I understand you have nothing to do with these and please do not misinterpret my words. It s just very frustrating, me and my wife are both dodge and jeep team and we would love it to stay this way, if you can please do anything I would really appreciate it, I just want to the car fixed before my manufacturers warranty wears off, I really hope somebody in service is not doing anything unethical, I ve seen it . But hopefully that is all after this fix, if you can personally ensure this gets fixed properly I d really appreciate it. Thank so much for your help, it hope to hear back from you.These people are a joke of a dealer. They then offer to attempt to help me switch the car. Of course they never changed it and instead ran my credit and offer me another car for double the amount I was paying, they didn t even ask. Forgot about disclosures or anything. Feel scammed and with a broken car, taking it again on Tuesday it looks like after fixing big oil leak ( on a brand new car) now the transmission is magically giving problems and sounds

These guys are sharks! Don t do business with them! Buy a car anywhere else. Especially JULIO BARDINA, everyone in finance. They pressure you to purchase warranties you ll never use and then they do whatever possible not to cancel them! I ve been waiting for over 6 months and they ve been giving me the run around! Now Carlos Cabo is saying that he is helping me, let s see if this actually happens! I waited 67 days for the same result! Terrible service! Never again!

My experience at Miami Lakes Dodge was nothing short of excellent. The Sales Agent, Antonio really put in time and effort into helping me find the perfect and right vehicle that checked everything I was looking for. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured, on the contrarary, he took his time and answered every question I had. When the time came for negotiation, they listened to my needs and it definitely felt like a trustworthy process! Truly the best dealer experience I have had! Thank you Antonio!!!!!

Went into the service department because my brakes were squeaking. By just looking through my tire, I was told that I needed new brakes and new rotors, (tires never came off to inspect it).I was given an $1100 estimate for two brake pads and two rotors!!!I was later told that they didn t have the parts. I went with my gut instinct and took my truck and did not proceed with the job.The next day I went to a local brake shop, it was inspected and the mechanics said that my rotors were perfect I just needed new brake pads on all four wheels.Total job- $390.00!!This dealership are crooks and not honest. never again will I step foot in there nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone.

Jonatan my service advisor did and excellent job getting my Mopar 18 Dodge Durango SRT serviced. Parts were hard to get and Jonatan communicated very good along the process of getting my vehicle fixed. Great job awesome dealer luv the cars and artwork. Beautiful facility .

You can t get ahold of anyone in the service department then when you do they are rude. I literally had to call over 20 times just to get someone to answer the phone all I wanted was an appointment. How does this dealer make any money off service is beyond me.

Went in for a simple purchase of an oil filter for my jeep wrangler and left feeling with bad vibes. Nobody ever greeted me at the parts counter when I arrived it was like as if nobody wanted to help. When I finally got helped out the guy charges me $32.75 for an oil filter. That s insane and felt like he was definitely up charging me. I go online and the oem is no more than $12. When I go to the cashier to pay she didn t even look up at me to acknowledge my existence just said Yea I tell her I m there to pay for my part and give her my name. Which clearly she wasn t even listening to me because she asked for it again. When the transaction was done there was no thank you or even bye or anything. This is probably the worst customer service experience I ve ever had anywhere that has to do with retail. My advice is you guys ask more customer service orientated questions during your interview processes because my experience was very unacceptable from any business stand point. I won t go back to this place not even to purchase a screw.

I just want to say the finance manager Roberto Matos and the sales associate Carlos Morales, were absolutely great! They got us in and out the dealership satisfied with a brand new Escalade! Very helpful, very professional and customer satisfaction!

This place has poor customer service and liars. I called on Saturday 10/30/2021 because i needed an fuel filter change. First they said they couldn t do it because apparently it was to late so i they told me to come on Sunday 10/31/2021 at 7 in the morning so i can be first and they can attend me fast. I come at 7 am on 10/31/2021 and no one is here. Making me wake up early to come here and they are closed. Horrible service and service staffs.

05/21/2022.My son (Andy Rodriguez) leased a new 50th anniversary Dodge Challenger at the Miami Lakes Automall Dodge dealer, after 19,500 miles of use the car began to leak oil from the engine. We took it to the Miami Lakes Dodge dealer to see what was happening, after a week waiting for them, they made up a story that the car had not been taken there for an oil change, so we showed them the receipt from the service shop where we had done it, the oil and filter change and where we were present seeing it since the cars are not hidden there and the client can see what is done to his car, quite the opposite of the Miami Lakes Dodge service dealer. Later, the dealer's service manager (Stephen Kopecy) came in and brought a filter that no one knows where he got it from and said that the filter had not been changed and that is why the car's engine had been damaged with only 19500 miles. Of course, it's all a lie on their part to avoid repair costs. They argue for this reason that the car lost its warranty and to date and almost three months later the car is still there and they continue to evade their responsibility for repairing the car. I consider this a mistreatment of the client and a gross lack of respect. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this dealer.

Alex is truly "the man" not only was his customer service immaculate, he went above and beyond. He walked me down steps by step and explained my vehicle issues and my options, he wasn't annoyed when I asked him a million and 1 questions, and was such a professional. I normally don't go to dealerships for servicing but I can wholeheartedly say Alex is knowledgeable and a huge help

I had a really good experience with the salesman (Kevin) and the finance team (Carlos) at Miami lakes. My main issue is that this dealer does not honor their online pricing on certain vehicle..period. My vehicle was shown for MSRP online. When I went toPurchase the vehicle I was told about a markup. I asked the management (Raheel) about this discrepancy and he said we just use the online price to bring people in then we negotiate face to face while i am happy with my vehicle, i feel this vehicle was falsely advertised and I most likely wont be purchasing another vehicle here despite the awesome finance and sales team (Daniel then Kevin). Upon further checking and with documented communication from dealership sales personnel. They do this with all of their specialty vehicles and in my case a challenger.

I had my car serviced a few days ago my service coordinator Marcus Teyra went above and beyond. Not only was he polite and nice but he was funny too. Made my time go by quick. I will definitely be seeing him for my future service and I will recommend him to my friend n family. Thank you Marcus it s nice to know people like you still exist .

If you re buyer who isn t local, then keep on looking somewhere else. I called about a vehicle and trade and was promised a deal would be worked up shortly and wait half the day and hear nothing. Contact them again and they tell me they ll get it to me the following day. I call back the following day and they say the car was sold to someone who came in that morning. Professionalism is dead at this dealership. I don t think I ve ever had such poor communication and service in my life.

Alex in the service department was absolutely awesome. He made sure to check out every part of the car that may need servicing and also offered a wash and detail. Also, got me a good package deal on the oil change. Service was very quick as well. I only use Miami Lakes for my servicing and I always ask for Alex when I come in.
