These folks are by far the best shop I ve done business with, anywhere, in years. Very, very grateful for assistance provided. They are fast, great at communication, very reasonable prices. Can t trust your vehicle, business and money to anybody better!!!

Had a car that had a worn cam bearing. It would of required a complete rebuild. They didn't try to take advantage of a bad situation by giving us a bunch of quotes and talking down to us. They were up front, professional, and genuinely empathetic to our car problem. In the end it wasn't worth repairing the car, but I won't forget the respect they showed us when we were down on our luck. Highly recommended just on character alone. A rare quality in the auto mechanics trade these days.

Triangle Auto Banana River Drive did an outstanding job both replacing and upgrading the front brakes in my F150. The price was very competitive with what I found online and the work was completed quickly. I highly recommend this shop.

Part-1First I'd like to thank Louis for his excellent customer service skills over the phone and taking the time to hear the dilemma behind my Ford F-350 super duty diesel when the previous mechanic in Cocoa shrugged even attempting to listen to what I had experienced with the truck. Subsequently the other shop had my truck for 33 days and did absolutely nothing including but not limited to me still waiting for an estimate and the estimate I got over the phone from the other shop was it could be anything from $500 to $15,000 and this telephone conversation took place with the previous shop which had no concurrent diagnostics to support the greater amount that he was attempting to push on to me. Amongst telling me I had gasoline in my diesel truck despite me telling him I had the receipts from my last fill up which indicated the gas station's name, address, phone#, the pump number, the fuel type which indicated diesel, and the number of gallons pumped into my tank. Nonetheless, this previous shop had my fuel tested to later find out he never sent it to a lab, nor could he articulate which test kit he used to test my fuel nor did they ever touch my vehicle; since my vehicle remained in the same exact spot that the tow truck dropped the truck off and to where we visited and saw the truck while simultaneously speaking to the shop owner since they don't answer the phone and the truck remained in the same spot during the 33-day timeline. Subsequently upon me telling him on the 33rd day that after numerous promises of him giving me a written estimate to no avail that I was looking to have the truck picked up and take it elsewhere he was fine with it but first tried to negotiate down a price from the previous highest amount. Hence, after telling me to go ahead and take my truck off his lot to go ahead and call for the wrecker to come and get my truck, he then calls me up an hour later and tries to charge me $175 for diagnostics that never took place- he could not even give me codes from a code reader that he supposedly connected the truck to.. On the other hand I was recommended to triangle Auto one by Roland diesel LLC.for my personal vehicle that currently need some attention, Louis made it happened just as he promised that he would get his tow guy to pick up the truck and bring it to triangle Auto one shortly after lunch and sure enough the truck arrived as he indicated. Subsequently I'm a disabled person with a service dog and another dog stranded in a horse trailer and I'm currently living in the changing compartment of such in an area the size of a small bathroom and I've been stranded in this location since October 28th of 2023, today is January 10th 2024. Upon calling Louis he heard my concerns showed humanity kindness honesty and concern; and then proceeded to facilitate the towing from the previous shop to his shop, answering my questions, allowing me to indicate the dash messages, etc..then put the towing cost onto my bill and has secured my truck and made me feel viable and not talking down or rude to me at any time.. so far I rate this shop with 10 stars if I could for their exceptional people skills, excellent customer service skills, superb ability to listen, excellent execution skills and in their abilities to meet this promise of commitment to a customer and go that extra mile.. I also spoke with Mandy and Devan briefly both were polite and forth coming.. on a different note, as the old adage goes, "it's easy to get a customer it's harder to keep one," and my experience thus far with this shop is they want to keep their customers and keep them happy never negating that the most powerful form of advertising is word of mouth. And I commend this group for all they've done thus far which they have they have proven they Excel amongst the rest; truthfully triangle Auto one is most deserving of every compliment I have given in this written statement.Please follow for part-2.RespectfullyArmando2012 Ford F-350 super duty 6.7 l lariat 4x4 diesel

Went here for an oil change and also got my wiper blades replaced. I left the car, and it was done a few hours later. Friendly service and would go back in the future.

Don't confuse this shop with the one on Courtenay Pkwy and 520.This one is just great!!The other is a complete waste. They have all those awards Because someone in the family works at BBB or something. And they pay off the rest!They used to be pretty good. Now? I think they all got Woke or something.

Recently took my Jeep there after I was quoted an insane amount at the dealership. These guys are honest, friendly, and very fair. Actually more than fair. Thank you Mandy and Louis for the excellent service that you all provided me. There's a reason why they have won best mechanic shop in Merritt Island for many years now. I will be using them from here on out!

Triangle Auto repaired my 2017 GMC Yukon by utilizing my extended warranty on my front suspension and also replaced my rear shocks. They did an excellent job and on time.

This was my first time using Triangle Auto 1. My truck had broken down so I had it towed here after a friend recommended this shop. Why it was there I asked Louis to fix a few other things, that I had been neglecting over the years. I fully expected my truck to be there for a couple days. I received a call before noon the next day, that my truck was ready!I am totally happy with the repairs and service I received. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I really appreciate them getting me in and out so quickly...and also the quality work that was done. Outstanding! While on vacation and a scheduled 1 day stop my car broke down while pulling into our hotel. I immediately contacted the local dealer to see if they could get me in they were completely booked for the entire week. First thing in the morning, contacted AAA; they recommended Triangle Auto. I immediately contacted Triangle Auto and they said they would look at my car as soon as the tow truck dropped it off. Within 30 minutes of the car being picked up, I got a call with the problem correctly identified, a fair price provided, and a promise to have fixed the same day. A couple of hours later I received a call notifying me my car was ready! The customer service, responsiveness, and value was above and beyond what I could have hoped for in every aspect. TRUE STORY!!!!!I came to them with an oil leak issue in my day to day vehicle that ended up costing me almost $1600. I research and decided to trust them to be good people and not take advantage of an ill educated auto person. I took them at face value and they fix my truck. 6 months later I had a bad oil leak issue happen again. I wanted my truck but coincided that I may just need to get rid of it. I drop it off and was told they could not get to until the next day. What happened was they squeezed it in and within 8 hours I received a call. They told me my oil sensor they put in had failed and needed to be replaced. I totally excepted to pay another $500 dollars but . They decided to replace the sensor free of cost and told me to come get my truck. These folks are real people that are fair and want your business. My only negative comment is I can t give them more than 5 stars. Thank you so much for helping me in my time of need and understanding how I really needed your help. If you want an honest auto shop / mechanic that wants your business and do you right; this is your place. Guys you have me as a customer for all my needs. God bless

Triangle 1 does excellent work. Had my oil changed recently, and they found a small leak through my head gasket and replaced it with my permission. Very reasonable price. More recently, I had my car towed to them because my transmission linkage had broken (took AAA 17-1/2 hrs to get it there--1.5 miles-- but that's another story). Instead of replacing the linkage, Triangle 1 drilled a hole in the end of one part and secured it to the other half with a cotter pin, good as new and way less costly. If only AAA copied Triangle's business model!

Had my truck at a few shops before taking it here. I was told everywhere else I needed to take it to the dealer but the guys at triangle auto figured it out! I had no complaints at all. They even offered to pick me up once it was fixed. Trustworthy and dependable.

My go to mechanic! They are the best, fastest and most reasonably priced. The work they do is consistently satisfactory and if something isn t quite right upon my pickup they adjust / correct it. Staff are helpful and friendly and the grounds have always been kept clean when I have visited.

I have been taking my families cars to Triangle since I moved to Merritt Island about 3 years ago. They are always honest and friendly. I trust them! There was an issue with an oil change recently with one of my cars. Mandy and management had a team come to my house to pick up the car (since I was alone with my kids) and bring it back to remedy the issue. They then fixed it, bo charge, and the manager and Mandy delivered the car back to my house! How amazing is that. And this was the first time i have ever had any issue. They are the best! I will continue trusting triangle with my cars and keep referring more friends and family to bring their vehicles here! Thank you so much!!!

Edit, the initial rating was unfairly low. Very busy shop at both locations, for routine service plan ahead. Once you do get an appointment, the pricing is fair, the work is good, and they are very quick. Louis and his guys are the best in the business!! They ve always come through for me when I needed it the most. They ve gotten me out of several pinches as I m a small business owner and having trucks on the road is very important! Very affordable and time friendly!
