I have a BMW X7 that needed its annual service and to keep warranty updated. The owner was super nice, and got me scheduled right away. The service was complete in 4 hrs and the price was fair and very reasonable. Plus he s conveniently located near the beach which is a win, win for us. Thank you Michael for your great service!!

We are owning our 3rd BMW since the mid 90's where we have experienced nothing short of exelence to all service and repairs performed by Michael and his team at German Imports. My most recent experience was some detailed and lengthy upper engine work on our X5 BMW. At completion, there were several hundred dollars saved while performing this work, opposed to the inital estimated price. Was more than amazed to see these sustantial savings passed along to the final repair invoice as we picked up the vehicle. This is genuine integrity that has become rare in the automive repair industry. I strongly recommend German Imports if you favor top notch quality, affordability, honesty, with true customer care, all wrappeped in to one.

Have been a BMW owner for many years. Was taking our cars to the dealer for service out of inertia on my part. Embarrassing I know . I drive right by this place (German Imports) on a daily basis. Decided to check em out after reading the reviews. I am now a huge fan. Took our 335i in for some service and to fix an abs braking issue. They did what they promised to do, at a good price, and in a timely manner. How refreshing in today s environment!!! Highly recommend and will be using them exclusively going forward.

Had a service message on my 2015 Mercedes GLK350, called German Imports and they were able to fit me in the next day. I also had them do an oil change and it was less than I had paid at jiffy Lube. Very happy with their service.

First time customer, got the information off of my Nextdoor page on Facebook, a lot of good recommendations so thought I would give a try. Close to home for me, called on Good Friday afternoon and had my oil change at 8:30 AM Monday morning. Short wait in a nice Waiting room. Think I have found a new auto repair location!!

I used to take my car to the BMW dealer s exclusively until they told me I needed 8500 in repairs. I took it to German imports for a second opinion. I only needed about $1000 in repairs. Michael is fast. He s been able to get me in within a day or two. My repairs have both been ready the same day. Obviously that depends on work you are having done. I feel more confident that I am not being sold unnecessary repairs. I will continue to take my car here.

I moved to the area a few years ago. My son had been using German Imports and recommended them to me. Michael is the utmost professional at operating the shop. He has always fixed my car in a timely manner. If there's a service that they don't provide, he will give his expert advice on where to get your vehicle repaired. 5 stars all the way.

I would highly recommend GIC to anyone needing service on their German import. They recently accurately diagnosed and repaired my 2001 3 series quickly and at a very fair price. They are a highly competent and efficient firm and much better than any dealership that I ve used.

Michael @ German Auto is very nice. I ve had my car repaired at another Mercedes garage in Clearwater/Largo. I received a quote from both garages. German Imports beat the other garage by $300!! (I didn t tell Michael what I was quoted by the other garage) I dropped my car off on Thursday evening - received the service I was quoted - also got an oil change, wipers & headlight bulb replaced - ALL for cheaper than I was quoted by the other garage, for one repair!! This is my new garage!! My car was ready Friday afternoon. I ve found MY (new too me) Garage! My mom has a newer Mercedes and once her warranty is up, she ll start using German Auto as well! Thanks so much to Michael and your team!! Keep up the great work!

This hidden gem is amazing . Very easy to get an appointment . I was able to drop my car off after hours with a secure key drop box . Prices very reasonable . I definitely found my go to shop
