The folks here at Randy s Garage took very good care of my church s Van. They performed diagnostic testing and made recommendations as to what needs to be fixed. They are friendly and courteous. The only reason why I didn t give five stars is because I found their pricing to be on the higher end of the mechanical spectrum.

Had car issues that we weren't sure what the issue was and took the car in on Monday morning. Major issues. They informed me with a full cost and time frame that it might be at least a week or longer. I called 2 days later to check to see if they had the part yet and any updated time frame. I was told the part was already on the car, and they were going to test drive it to make sure everything was good to go. I was pleased at how fast they got the part and had it installed. Very very impressed. Thank you for getting me back on the road so quickly.

Read the good reviews and made an appointment for the install of 4 new tires on our older sports car. Guys there are great! Did a super job in around 45 minutes. Car runs straight and smoothly. Very happy with everyone I talked to or worked with at Randy's.

We had a tune up and brake job done on our 2011 Ford edge. Work was completed on time and at agreed price. Nice people to work with.

Outstanding auto and truck repair shop. They definitely know what they are doing, and will listen to you about problems. They use diagnostic equipment, but they will rely on your description and their experience.It's refreshing in this age of mechanial shops only relying on what a computer tells them. The reason that I like this is because you can have a bad sensor which could provide bad information. A real mechanic who knows how to make a judgement call based on knowledge makes a world of difference, which is what they have here.They will give you good value for your money. But they are not the cheapest. This is my only complaint.

We needed an oil change on our motorhome while we were on the road. Made an appointment and they took us right away. Awesome service! Will definitely use them when back in Florida.

Great mechanic shop, I ve trusted them with my truck repairs (mostly tire stuff) for a while now and continue to go back. Sergio, especially, always makes sure to explain the mechanical things to me and ensures I know exactly what I was charged for when they re all done. Never have I felt ripped off or taken advantage of. Very reliable and friendly shop!Service: Tires

Sadly, went to them because well they re the professionals, right? Went in with my car having a problem, only to leave with the same issue but having paid over $1000 to fix it. Went to see what could be done and to find out what happened. But got no help. Was told it was a process. Not sure what that means. But didn t get my car fixed after they said they knew what it was and that it would be an easy fix and now my car is literally parked until I can find someone to fix it. Just a bad experience overall.

My appointment was at 8am. I left my truck and 4 hours later they called to say that they would not do the job. I lost my day's work and money. It seems to me a lack of respect and professionalism

Randy s garage did an awesome job for us being from Michigan and not knowing anything about who to fix our diesel pickup,Tim s towing recommend ed Randy s Garage and within a day we back on the road!!Tim took us back to campground and Stacey went way out of her way to get us back to our truck well after Randy s garage had closed!!Hats off to You Stacey!!Randy you have wonderful employees!!!Service: Engine repair

I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a wheel alignment, but they were just overwhelmed with business. They need more help! If I go back there I will ask for an estimate of time to do the job and the price for it. Both were unacceptable. Live and learn!

He did awesome job on my husband it was a lot of rewiring in the dash so I know it was a pain and the price was a good definition having to deal with the wires and it didn't take them long I had my truck back within 3 days

I've had issues with an older vehicle lately and had to take it to Randy's twice this past month. Very friendly employees and Randy was very kind to me with an issue I had. He is a very good business man and very fair. Quality work and very fast!

Randy's is my go to garage whenever I'm in need of any kind of service. The work is done with quality parts at an honest and fair price. The staff know what there are doing and it takes all the worry out if auto repair.Great service fast and reasonable today

Absolutely rip off. He wanted $450 to pull the oil pan and check if the pick up tube was clogged. That requires no parts and probably 45 minutes of labor.Then he said if that wasn t the problem then my truck would need an oil pump. That part costs $200 but he said it would cost $2900. I told him that I was just going to come pick my vehicle up because that was too much. He wouldn t give me my truck back until I paid a $100 Diagnosis charge . He didn t even know what the problem was! He didn t diagnose anything!! Do NOT take your vehicle here.Service: Engine repair

I hopped in my truck this morning and my check engine light was on. I called Randy s Garage and they got me in immediately. They diagnosed the problem and even fit me in for an oil change. They even gave me a ride to the nail salon so I didn t have to sit and wait!! Excellent customer service. I will be returning again

I am very pleased with the work they did on our Dodge Journey they told us if we could get the vehical there by 5:30 they could get it worked on the next day. I am very busy and had the parts to do job but no time to do the work myself they gave me quote and they sure did have it done the next day. Really well ran place.Thanks Randy and crew

Just Rude! Owner said he could not check out my vehicle. I explained that I was told I could come in with my vehicle. Owner said, no do not know who you spoke with. I am going to lunch that would be an hour and then he would have to see if one of his mechanics could look at the vehicle. Vibes not good here . Owner definitely had his own issue on something! The person that referenced me here was apologetic for the rudeness of this business. Smh.

Randy and his team took care of all my trucks issues in a very timely manner. People saying in reviews it's high priced. Well you get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend.

I called and talked to them about a check engine light that popped up on my vehicle. He said to come on by and he'd take a look at it. When I got there I signed a paper saying there would be no cost. A few hours later he gave me a quote for $1,500 to fix the problem. I called another mechanic to get a second opinion and they said it wouldn't cost more than $750. I went back to Randy's and told them I couldn't afford the work they said I needed. When I went in to get my keys he said there was a $60 fee. I mentioned to him that I signed a paper saying the cost was $0. I was told that I should have just known there would be a charge.I wouldn't have had a problem paying for him to take a look at it but it would have been nice for him to tell me up front that I was going to be charged. Especially when Auto Zone does it for free.I've read a lot of reviews saying that they are honest but that wasn't my experience here.

The nicest people in any mechanic shop I've ever been to. The owner and his wife were very accommodating when my car broke down on me and left me stranded in the heat with my two babies.. They took me in right away and diagnosed the problem immediately! On top of that, gave us a ride home which was an hour away! We were truly stranded and I am forever grateful for their kindness.. I wouldn't mind driving the hour long trip back there for maintenance in the future..

Needed to have 4 new tires installed on my van, having been to Randy's Garage a number of times with excellent results, I decide to go to Randy's Tires to have the work done.Well just like the garage the work was done quickly, properly and for a great price.And the best part was, unlike some tire places, such as those run by a king, the price I was quoted was the price I paid, no additional fees for essentials like mounting and balancing.You cannot go wrong with these folks, on top of knowing how to do the work properly they are honest folks, something which is a rare find in the automotive repair world nowadays.SincerelyWayne EckertMBRService: Tires

Great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and they were able to take care of my problem on my 650i in short notice. Thank you Tom for being a great mechanic and saving me the money on this censor that I thought was bad.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Went in for oil change, three weeks later and a $1600 bill. I am now leaking oil along with multiple other issues. Invoice from Randy s states new filters new engine gaskets so on and so forth, took my car to another mechanic they did absolutely nothing they stated they did. I was never shown old parts to confirm issues they said we re happening with my car. Total rip off, mechanics know absolutely nothing. Extremely aggravated . Randy is a liar and a swindler. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Engine repair, Oil change

Long time local owner tries to keep customers happy. It appears that mechanic staff turnover might be a bit high, so I always try to watch repairs being done whenever possible. Very busy shop but I generally find them accommodating to get me in and out without long delays for minor repairs..

Randy's garage is the only place to go to get your vehicle worked on he fixed my 2005 hundya accent gt wheel bearings on both sides of the front end in less than 4 hours and completely installed the wheel bearings plus charged less than what anyone else wanted to charge to just press in the bearings and then I would have to install them myself so Randy's Garage is the best place in South Florida so give him a call by the way he knows nothing about this review
