I had damage to the rear drivers side of the bed of my Tundra so insurance recommended Joe HudsonI dropped it off in the am and the ladies who do the check in was very thorough.It was a good experience. They kept me updated through text messages and phone calls. It took three days longer than expected but I was prepared for the delay.The truck was like new with the repairs.I enjoyed their service

Overall very satisfied with Joe Hudson repairs on our car. Customer service at front desk very professional and helpful. They did 2 repairs to our hood and bumper in 5 days- picked up on the 5th day. The only thing we didn't like was the wait to get our car in there - 6 weeks. But, not really a problem for us since our car was still drivable while we waited. Plus, being busy shows how popular a business is too. They work with you on getting a rental car too- pick up service. Highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car in after it received minor damage to the trunk. The work the shop did looks great but the shop removed a cover to something I guess they had to access, and then left dirt, paint pen marks, and urethane on the interior where they shouldn't have been doing any work to begin with. When I brought these issues up, the shop denied being responsible for any of it as it didn't make sense to them for their service people to have done any of the things that I had an issue with. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I felt gaslit. I know my car, I know the condition I left it in, and I know those issues weren't there before I dropped it off. HOWEVER, even though the shop denied responsibility, they still took care of everything. They replaced the missing cover and cleaned up the urethane for me. Thankfully I was able to clean off the paint pen and dirt marks myself.I appreciate the shop helping me. I just wish they believed me - denying responsibility means their employees aren't being held accountable for their mistakes and they're not being given the opportunity to learn from them. I can understand why they would want to explain away the issues, and I'm grateful that they took care of everything even while believing they had nothing to do with it. That does speak to good quality on the part of their front office workers.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They are rude and indifferent. I went in for repairs and they rushed the job. Their paint ran down the door. After I complained they hung up on me and refused to make it right. This shop is a horror story....

Paint and body work is good but if you want it to take 3 weeks but looks like it had been rushed through they need to pay more attention to detaile,the little things like cleanliness and being complete when it's returned to customer.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I deferred to State Farms recommendation on affiliated repair shops. BIG MISTAKE! I advise you to get recommendations from your personal network. Avoid this shop!!

The staff in the office were nice, but I had to go back multiple times and my car was still not fixed right (mostly all cosmetic) Needless to say my car was there for over a month and still isn't right.....had to take it to Toyota to have them diagnose the radar for the cruise control, come to find out Joe Hudson installed the incorrect Toyota emblem on the bumper (emblem for cars without the radar for cruise control), which was probably the reason it wouldn't work. Hopefully this was an out of the ordinary experience .....

Hit a racoon, damaged front bumper, grill, a/c condenser radiator, took out the skid plate also. Joe Hudson did an Excellent job and had it ready within three days cause I had to leave town.Highly recommend Joe's Collision center in Homosassa. Update, 3/18/2024 now my 4 Runner was hit in a parking lot last week while I was out shopping, which broke the rear bumper on the passenger side. Stinks that I gotta pay a deductible. But I trust that Joe Hudson Collision Ctr will repair it back to normal.

The staff are friendly and professional.Unfortunately, my car ended up being totalled but I saw some of the work they were doing. It looked thorough and beautiful!I would highly recommend them!!

Within moments of pulling my car onto their lot, I was greeted with a warm welcome by Donna. She explained all of my options to me and reassured me that the shop would handle everything with insurance for me. And they did! On top of that, I NEVER had to wonder what was going on with my car. I received texts through each stage of the car repair. When I received my car back it had been cleaned and detailed. I can t recommend this auto body shop enough! Even though I was a complete stranger who was paying for their services, they made me feel important and at home!

Quick & courteous service, very fair pricing, & I very much liked the update texts & follow up phone calls. My car needed some minor paint touch up & light bumper repairs after 2+ years of towing it behind my motorhome. It looks like new again!I really appreciate that they were happy to check my tow attachment points as recommended by the manufacturer while the bumper cover was off the car. And, they were happy to modify a replacement lower grille that I supplied & black out the aluminum face plate on my breakaway switch to make everything look factory - that s a great job!

Jim was great. Customer service was great. When i got home i realized one of the lights wasn't working...brought it back on my day off and it was immediately fixed. Only complaint was that the car was not thoroughly detailed as promised...was only half done. Jim did offer to have them go over it but I declined as I didn't have time to wait. If not for that they would definitely receive 5 stars. Jim was a pleasure to work with.

I had my truck in and out of the body shop due to an accident they put a new bed on it and painted it, It looked great very nice people in the office kept me informed through the hole process

Office was clean. Jessica and Patty were very professional. Appointment was made and work was performed as promised. The yard where your car is held is fenced and locked. We were very satisfied with the end result. Would recommend this body shop to anyone.

Great service. Keeps you up to date on your vehicle progress so dont have to wonder if their working on your vehicle. I will keep you posted on the end results. We have a lot of repair and replacements on our truck. Just had to thank them again for handling the repairs on our truck from a car accident with our Insurance Company. We have to say the work they did is awesome! Life is unsure right now but God's Word is true John 3:16
