I made an online appointment at another location, only to show up and find that, despite an email confirmation, they could not do the alignment. I was advised to call Ken at this location..he booked me for the next day immediately. The car was aligned quickly and properly when I showed up. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the customer service.

Ken was great he helped me with mounting and installing four new tires on my jeep with an alignment. He was very professional and prompt in this tough and demanding industry. My car drives better than ever. I m very happy with the service this is a great Choice if you re looking for work needed done on your vehicle. Trustworthy!

Margaret did great managing customers expectations in the fast paced service center environment. She was able to honor a prior commitment and squeeze us in, allowing me to better enjoy my last days of vacation with access to a vehicle. She was friendly and upbeat with her staff and customers. I came in asking for an alignment I asked how much and he said $129. I was lucky enough I got my car in within 15 minutes but then when I got the bill he charged me 150? I asked why and he said it was because of the tax. I was in a rush and didn't have time to argue that's what reviews are for. After he ran my credit card I was charged 152. 23$ in tax. I will never go back to this place again beware.

Thank you guys !! I have never felt so comfortable at a car shop before and all of the staff here is so kind. Jolene is the sweetest person ever and joe did an exceptional job working on my car. I came in to replace the back breaks and now my car is driving smooth as ever I cannot thank them enough for how kind they were to me and for helping me so much. I appreciate You guys for doing such an amazing job, being so professional and helping a girl out. I will definitely be coming back here :)

Perhaps the worst customer service at this location in all of the Tire Choice network. Scheduled an appointment online for 4 new tires for my wife s car. Called at 9am day before to confirm appointment and make sure the tires were in stock and/or ordered 24 hours prior to my scheduled appointment. Woman working the desk said she would confirm the tires were in stock and call me back, never did. Called again at 1:30 to confirm the tires were ordered, said she had done it but was not able to give a true confirmation. I show up to my scheduled appointment this morning with no tires in stock and her explaining it is my fault that the tires didn t get ordered when I had called multiple times the day before to confirm that they had ordered the tires I wanted from their online website. It is not my fault as a customer that the employees at this location cannot follow through with their tasks and then choose to push that back onto their customers. Will not be visiting this location ever again even though it is located within a 3 minute drive from where I live, there are better choices out there.

All of the staff here is so friendly and professional! I was a walk-in and they got me in right away and provided very quick service. Jolene at the front is so sweet and is extremely helpful. Highly recommend this Tire Choice!

My husband recently had a highly frustrating encounter with this establishment. Initially, they provided a quote for his truck tires, which included a complimentary tire alignment. However, after my husband agreed to the service, they called to admit they had made an error in the quote.When my husband opted not to pay more than the initially agreed-upon amount, they insisted on charging him $152 for a tire alignment on his EXISTING tires. It's baffling why they proceeded with the alignment when it wasn't agreed upon or even asked if we still wanted them to align them.Even after expressing my husband expressed past issues to Jolene, who assured us of excellent service, the reality was quite the opposite. Jolene seemed indifferent when confronted with the unjust charge, displaying a disappointing lack of concern for customer satisfaction.In summary, our multiple experiences with this place have consistently been subpar. I would not recommend it to anyone. A rating of 0/10 reflects the disappointment and frustration we've endured. You might want to consider other options.

Made an appointment for 11am. Sat around and waited till 1:30 and left. They still had no idea when they would get to it, took walking before getting to appointments. Front desk person was more concerned about their personal life, using the phone on speaker. Slowest and worst tires place I ve been too.

Very unhelpful said a tire with small nail was unable to be repaired. Nail was 3 inches from sidewall. Got it repaired elsewhere and it has been fine ever sense. This location has been going downhill for several months. They are known for turning down simple repairs.

Scheduled an oil change at 11am and it was not completed until 3pmThey did have an issue with Autozone not bringing the part which I get isnt their fault but absolutely no communication involved with that makes the process a tad frustrating. Would have much rather done a lot of other things than wait in the parking lot for 3 hours on a Saturday. Also being told it would be here within a couple minutes turning into an additional hour and a half because the guy didnt even show up to the autozone until then is insane.This place is a circus, take your money elsewhere

I made an appointment for 3pm. I showed up at 2:45 only to be told I would have to wait for several hours. I purposely made the appt so I could stay and wait. I did not make arrangements for a ride because I was told it would only be an hour or so with an appt. I had to cancel and walk out. What is the point in taking appointments if your not going honor it.

So let me start off by saying that I m about 30ish minutes away from this location (I m near Page Field Airport) but I will gladly make the drive each time my car needs help because of Jolene. Being a girl, it s not always a comfortable experience going into car places because you re usually spoken down to as someone who doesn t know their right from left in terms of mechanics, which usually leads to us getting raked over the coals with high estimates. But Jolene and her awesome team has been so welcoming and upfront that the drive is worth it even though there are a lot of other mechanics nearer to me. If you want honest services and a welcoming environment where you won t be spoken to like a know-nothing, you should 100% make this your car spot.

To the guy with the 2019 Audi. We tried explaining to you our system didn t let us know what type of oil your car used. You said, if you don t know I am not going to get an oil change done here. So we handed you the keys and said thank you have a great day.

Do not go here. They made a mistake and want me to wait days to get it fixed and be without a car. Then they wanted me to pay to rent a car for my use. There is no reason I should pay more money to fix their mistake. They then wanted to drive my car, which would cause even more damage on top of the mistake they already made. Nobody picks up the phone at the corporate office either. Do NOT go here!

Called them up because I m a delivery driver and had a flat tire.. they got me in quick and provided excellent service for the flat and oil change! I even was approved for the drive time credit membership and got 50% off my oil change! Highly recommend this store!

Amazing. I literally got a flat tire 1 light down the road from them. I was able to get there and they had my tire size and got me in and fixed quick. Helped with the price and gave good knowledge on things I should do next. amazing team when you can tell they care about the people not the owners .

Do not use this place for an oil change. They did not know what type of oil to use in an Audi. The manager was called from the back and seemed very annoyed by the person writing up the order, not being able to find the information on the oil used in a 2019 Audi A5. He then asked me what oil it took. When I told him I did not know and I had a concern because they did not know, he just handed my keys to me and said, "See you later."

I had a damaged tire & purchased a new one. They had to order me a new tire that would arrive the next day. The guy at the front desk assured me me car would be done by noon. I purposely waited an extra hour to call, just to be nice and my car still wasn t done. I had multiple appointment I had to miss as a result of that. I asked when my car is expected to be finished and the lady said soon . I said can you please give me a time? She said soon . It s 2 tires, it takes an experienced mechanic 15-20 minutes for each tire, that means they haven t even pulled my car into the garage yet. These guys are unorganized. Also they charged me 35.00 per tire to install them????? Like what? That s the same price as 2 hours of shop time.Update: at 12:30 pm I was told my car was in the garage being worked on. I arrived at 2:30 pm to check the progress, and my car was still in the parking lot with a flat tire (untouched). I was informed that actually they didn t have the tires to fix them today & that tomorrow they d have them.Jolene then said they found tires that they had all along, and she could have them on right away. It s 3:10pm now and my car just entered the bay.

Very poor service. I scheduled an appointment and there was no one to even check me in. I was told the manager was running an errand and that I needed to wait until she got back because no one there knew how to work the computer. I waited for over an hour for the manager and then I finally left. Multiple people were waiting without and updates on when the manager would return. Complete waste of time.

Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional behind the counter and in the shop. Appointment was for 1:30 and after 50 minutes waiting I was told that maybe they would start on my vehicle in another 20 minutes. I said give me my keys.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This location incorrectly mounted my tires (mounted two backwards) and refuses to give me a refund since I had another shop fix their mistakes. Dont trust these people with your valuable assets, they do a poor job and will rip you off.

What awesome service! I was a person in distress after a crazy hard week. I was able to drop off my tire that had a broken valve stem. They fixed it & reinstalled it after their 6pm closing time, with no charge. Truly the best customer service experience ever.Again, the BEST service. Jolene at the desk is professional, polite & knowledgeable! Prices are reasonable & she is patient with clients when explaining issues with the customer's cars.Highly recommend Tire Choice!

I wonder if they are under new management. Everyone at the front desk was very professional, friendly and attentive. This includes the technician who worked on my car, Mr. J. Brand. My car needed an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment and was in and out in less than 1 hour. The technician even showed me the test strip he used and explained the purpose. I was very impressed with the service I received and would recommend this facility.
