Honest , fast, and reliable service. One of the best experiences at a repair shop. Highly recommend. Had my 2005 Lexus serviced with transmission drain and fill and oil change. They also gave me an 18 point inspection and a courtesy car fax report. Veteran owned and operated. Support local business.

If you are looking for a fair and honest mechanic, this location is for you. The owner is a very hard worker, and a skilled mechanic. I personally brought my car to him for ball joint replacement and front brake rebuild. They work incredibly fast and efficiently. They won t try to upsell you on stuff you don t need. Check them out if you are in the area and need an oil change!

First the funny part all I saw where women waiting in line for an oil change and then I saw why, that nice looking young man. The service is great ladies and you don t even have to go inside all you have to do is pull up and they come to you. It was fast as well and good prices.

Was a previous coustomer. Returned after the dealer tried to take me for a very costly transmission flush. This establishment was reasonable and true to their name. Will return when oil change is needed.

I would highly recommended this place to anyone in the area or passing by. The customer service is wonderful, Jackie in particular has been incredible, so friendly, considerate, smart and quick. They offer more services, I just typically get oil changes, filters and of course they check your air and fluids. I d give 6 stars if possible.Service: Oil change

We travel across the country, staying anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks. Finding someone to work on our vehicles can be challenging, at best. Five years ago, we were visting in Crystal River, brought our car to Fast Lube.. they did a fantastic job. Since then, we have purposely treked to the area to get Fast Lube to maintain or repair our jeep. Recently we had a company quote us (in New Orleans) a minimum of $285 just to do a diagnostic on our jeep and more, depending on the problem. We waited and had Fast Lube repair...for less than $110. Highly recommend..

Unethical pricing. When I arrived I asked the very nice attendant the price of the oil change. He said 32.99. Minus my coupon.I sat down in the waiting room.I looked up at the board and saw that was the lowest price. The WiFi is excellent. I watched them bring in slightly dirty oil filters to women in the room. Asking whether they should be changed. When they brought mine, I knew mine had been recently changed and was fine so I declined. When I went to check out there were extra items I did not authorize or know about. Wrong, not good business. I would have gladly paid more, if I knew upfront. It is not about the money. It is the honorable thing to do. I will not do business with unethical businesses. The employees are very nice. They are an asset to a business that could be amazing.

BEST shop in town! I recently had an incredible experience at this auto maintenance shop, and I can confidently say it's the best one I've ever been to. I brought in my 1992 Ford F-150 for multiple repairs (Most other shops cringe when they see it knowing it'll be a problem), including a water pump replacement, parking brake adjustment, front and rear brake repairs, steering box fixes, ball joint replacements, and a lot more. They tackled all the issues efficiently and with great skill.What impressed me the most was their excellent communication throughout the process. They kept me informed about potential additional repairs and offered to take care of them. They completed the job quickly and even went the extra mile by throwing in a couple of small parts without charging me. I highly recommend this shop for all your repair needs. By far the best place in Crystal River to have your car serviced. Brian, Travis, and Mike are great guys and very respectful. I trust their knowledge of vehicles and will continue to go there as long as I'm around.

I had my oil changed here a few months ago and they were the last ones under the hood. My van had developed an engine tick so I took it to a mechanic. He lifted the hood pulled the dip stick and showed me it's a quart and half over full. I paid a lot of money for this service and now I have more problems. Then I get an email saying it's almost time for another oil change like I'm going to bring it back there. I would recommend any other place than here.

Beautiful little heaven right behind this place, it was so perfectly peaceful. I hung out by the water making tick tock videos, when I was done my mom's car was too. Absolutely perfect! Great job, nice people, thorough, and fairly quick.

I had my timing belt on my truck replaced there recently and I can say I wasn't impressed, normally I do work like this on my own vehicles but I lacked the time so I decided to pay the extra money and take it somewhere. To be clear the actual timing belt install seems to have been done well and I have had no issues so far. My 1st issue is small but I noticed they never removed the timing belt maintenance sticker on the cover of the engine when I got home. It says it was last replaced 13 years/90k miles ago so I'm genuinely surprised they didn't replace it or at least remove it to prevent confusion. My next issues is they replaced the original spring hose clamps for the cheap adjustable clamps with a screw. I know the spring clamps can be annoying to deal with at times but they offer better clamping force especially over time and will last longer vs the cheap adjustable hose clamps, in my opinion that was out of pure laziness. I can understand if a spring clamp was damaged to replace it with a adjustable clamp but none of mine where that I could see up top.They also put the regular green coolant instead of the red coolant my truck calls for and I know had before I left it there. I woulda preferred if the coolant had been replaced with the coolant it calls for but I understand they may of just used what they had on hand. What I found odd is they filled my Radiator with green coolant, but left a decent amount of the original red coolant in the overflow, I know it's just a overflow but still in my opinion I would wanna dump that out and wash it with some water. It would take at most 2-3 minutes.There is some other stuff I left out, the one thing I haven't figured out yet is a random rattling sound coming from the passenger side of the engine. Hopefully I can figure it out soon. I got the truck basically right when they where closing, it took them all day, I woulda rather have waited the next day for the truck if it meant a Lil more time for them to go over things, use the right hose clamps and put a engine belt maintenance sticker in the belt cover. That's what I'm paying for.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

This place is absolutely amazing!!! We've used them for all of our cars and they've done a fantastic job helping us maintain them. They do a good job, however it is frustrating that an oil change has a 1-2 hour wait time (you sit in line, in your car). I drove passed, for a week, and each time, the line was around the building. I wish they took appointments. They were alot more expensive than I expected too.

Amazing. In and out very quick. Decent price for 7qts of full synthetic oil also. Definitely use them again. EDIT used them again today, they were short staffed but still gave excellent customer service! Hands down will have my oil changed here from now on!

Brian is absolutely wonderful! I have been going here for over 10 years now. I trust Brian over any other mechanic I've ever been to. He does the best work and he is completely honest. He is great to work with super friendly and has a wonderful staff. If he can do it he will! He has done more than oil changes for me. He has replaced my strut and my control arms as well for the best prices! I drive an hour just to continue to go to him because he is so awesome and trustworthy. He checks all your fluids, wipers, breaks etc. He does more than just oil. If you need your car to have any service give this place a try! I promise you will not be dissapointed. If I could give more than five stars I would. Definitely try this place out.

Friendly and courteous staff. They can get busy, but they are pretty quick once your car gets into the bay. Never had them try to upsell services (unlike other places). Good locally owned business.
