The counter help was good the manager was not he told me they could put a tire on my car while it was on the trailer as I have no spare and they are putting the tire on the rim I brought. He then told his employees no we can't do that.

Don t bother setting an appointment time, they will do oil changes on walk ins before a scheduled appointment to install tires. Don t bother wasting your time or money on these folks. After a hour of waiting and making a fuss I finally have my car in the bay. Not worth the headache.

Took my tire in to fix a flat. I was told 3 hours due to the number of people ahead of me. It only took 2.5 hours and cost $4.00 to get it fixed. Got all my shopping done while I waited.

It took awhile to change my tires but they got them done for me. My rims were dented & needed scrubbed down with a wire brush so it wasn't easy but it's done and my car isn't driving sideways anymore...yay! Thanks auto guys!

Took my car for tire light, because new to the area and didn't establish a mechanic, took 1 tire off so they say, I didn't watch. Nothing wrong, can't reset light machine has been broke and not fixed or replaced. Register person was saying shut up to the register, clearly unprofessional. A mechanic came out, talked to another customer , then tell me Nothing wrong with tires.Took car for oil change, should have learned from tire experience not to do it, drove a couple thousand miles not realizing oil leak, who would expect after an oil change 6 weeks ago. Added 3 quarts of oil, then took to mechanic and whatever they used to put the oil filter on with, put a pin hole in the filter.I have learned my lesson.

The prices are better than most and the service is ok. You're definitely not going to find any extremely friendly staff, just guys looking to get the job done with as little talking as possible. Walmart should definitely invest in a seating area for their customers. I know I personally spent a few hundred dollars there just recently and having a place to sit and wait would've been nice and I don't think it's too much to ask. Also, the guys working in the bays should be a little more careful, my floor mat on my driver side had oil smeared all over it from someone's feet. Seriously, just put down a paper mat...it's not that hard.

I was the 2nd appointment for the morning just 2 tires to change and told 45 minute wait.... They took in other cars ahead of me with no appointments and I was there 3 HOURS! Next time I will be the re at 645 before they open with no appointment and bully my way in to. Very disappointing

I've taken my 3 vehicles there for tires and oil changes for the last 2 years. Last I was there getting the oil changed in my challenger and the tech was driving it out of the bay when a domestic fight broke out at the back of the parking lot. He drove my car over to see about it. Not cool. I retrieved my car and spoke with a manager. Then last week on my Toyota we discovered a nail in the tire which I bought from Walmart and got the road protection. Since I bought them online and shipped to store I had to call Walmart online which I did 3 times. On the 3rd time they switched me over to the store and just hung up. Store realized what was going on and corrected it. I took the car up there immediately and started the work and told them to rotate the tires while they're at it and to reset the oil life sensor since they didn't do it that morning when all this started. The cashier put all that in and showed me. When I came back an hour later, I had a new tire but not rotated and the sensor was not reset. The cashier showed me again that it was on the work order. I know that there big enough not to care but they lost another customer.

Called all day on Friday 4/22 but no one ever answered the calls. Called front desk and was told the direct line was not working. They transferred me 3 times and still no one answered. Front desk lady asked me what I needed, and told her I wanted to buy 2 tires and have them put on. She put me on hold and never came back.I guess they didn't want to sell tires that day.

Absolutely one of the most horrible experiences of my life in dealing with a retail person and people. Had to Special order two tires. When I arrived they said it would be 1 to 2 hours, was way over that and they never called, as they said they would. Wanted the two bad tires off, they ended up taking the two good tires off. Then refused to give them back to us. It was only when I said I was going to call the police that I got my good tires back. Leaving bad tires on a car and taking good tires off? How incompetent is that? This place is for the "Birds" Alfred Hitchcock style. You have been warned. Stay far far away. Now I have to find a competent tire store to put my good tires back on, utter and complete numscules. The 3 stooges could have done a better job. Real smart mouths on THESE guys too.

Ordered a tire from Walmart was told it would be here Monday. Called to see if maybe it got here early the order was never placed. Sucks to be lied too. The last tire was back in March. It was slow and not professional people taking their time and laughing and talking rather then working. Waited for three hours to get tire put on. After this experience I will not use Walmart no more don t waste your time in chiefland fl. They are sorry .

Courteous and kept in contact with me. Did exactly what we agreed on, gave us info on other areas the car may need servicing. Would go back for an oil change any time!

Great value, terrible service. Got an oil change for under $30, but the service was so bad I won't go back. I asked one thing, for them to call me when they were done. I waited around for 3 hours, went back to check on it, it was done but no one called. When I asked why they didn't call, he said "Oh, guess I didn't see it." The cashier was really rude to every customer waiting in line before me. I'd rather pay more and get better service and faster turnaround time.

I Had oil changed on 2015 explorer, it has 4 screws that hold belly pan in place. I got one block and 2 of the 4 were not fastened and pan dragging the ground. I took it back and same guy SUPPOSEDLY did it right this time. BUT NO HE DIDN'T GET IT RIGHT AGAIN, the pan is hanging loose again, so now I have to jack it up on a dirt drive and see if he damaged the fasteners and belly pan. I'll try and fix it and I will report this to management or Bentonville.Service: Oil change

The Walmart Auto shop had the tires needed for the van. The staff Julio, Ms Julia and the technician were very helpful, friendly accommodating. The price fits into the budget.

The posted price ($44) says it INCLUDES UP TO 5qts of oil, but they tried to ADD the price of oil from the shelf to that posted price....? When I pointed it out they tried to state that it was because Walmart forgot to order bulk oil so I have to pay more. No thanks, don't touch my car.Are they refunding it later and pocketing the money? Idk but it was ridiculous. Go to Tri-State or Reeds, anywhere but here.

Called to check if A.T.Truck Tires were in stock and appointment to install Tires, but phones continuesly rang unanswered, later called and no A.T. Truck Tires in stock. But Website showed that location did.

Why I suggest this Walmart Tire & Lube first is because my elderly mom and step-dad always get taken well care of from them. Just a few days ago ordered and purchased two brand new tires without any hassles. They even helped rotate and balance all 4 tires. Thank you guys.

Needed tire. Online says they have 3 in stock. I go there with a screw in my tire. And they are out of stock. Cant plug. I live in a rural part of Florida. 35 min trip. Not the first time they somt have a clue what is actually in the store.

I watched one of the service guys who changed a customer's oil use the wrong oil, then the customer called him on it and he lied to them right in front of me. It broke my heart to witness. I blame Wal-mart because I saw the fear in that man like he thought he had to lie and coverup hogs mistake because he was afraid his mistake would cost him his job. Just sad to see

3 hours and 262.00 dollars later. Walmart needs chairs and television while we wait to get oil change and a new tire put on. After that much money being spent a customer deserses a place to sit....

I would have given it 5 Stars if it wouldn't have taken so long. Took my keys at 8:30 a.m. and didn't get done with a simple oil change till almost 10:15 a.m., on a Sunday morning no less.

The cheapest price on tires ANYWHERE around!!! I got 4 80,000 tread wear Goodyear Esurion (top of the line)tires mounted, disposal of old tires, ect. for $408.00!!! Service was great too!!

Shout out to Carmen. I was waiting across the parking lot at DD while KIA was being serviced. Auto was not able to answer my calls checking on my KIA so Carmen went above and beyond. She offered to go check for me. Your the best Carmen !! Thank you

Rear wheels on my dually are clocked wrong , can not check air in inside tires . Outside tires are half full of air . Took 6 hours to install 6 tires . I will fix the Rear myself as I don't want them touching my truck again .

They are okay for oil changes if you have some shopping to do and don't mind waiting an hour. Only one small bench in the auto area so sitting and waiting isn't really an option.
