I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Seriously, I personally dealt with Tom. He was amazing. A truly genuine, honest, caring person that's sometimes hard to say with mechanics shops right? Lol but I'll tell you what this place is and I am grateful. Honestly grateful that I brought my vehicle here instead of anywhere else. Thank you guys very much!

I hope this business does not change, they really are great. Tom was great at the desk and I m super satisfied.I m a snowbird and got a check engine light a few days prior to leaving. They got me in to read the code and set me up for full diagnostics and repair the next day. Outstanding!Great communication, integrity and service. I highly recommend this business.

I ve been using GEORGES for a couple of years now and I am completely satisfied with their service. Their customer care their details to making sure everything is right. They are checking back. No pressure to get things done. They re always so friendly there. I really feel like they truly care about getting things right. I even referred my neighbor to him who has a truck and my neighbor says he was completely satisfied to.

This is my second time back as my first experience with a different Mercedes went perfectly! Anyway Mercedes Benz vehicles can be a forfeit of an arm, leg or both so expecting the worse, I again saved 40% over other quotes and the outcome was a genuine concern for savings present and future. A family style approach that made me feel like they liked my car as much as I did and wanted it to perfect when they handed my keys black to me. Outstanding communication, walked me through the whole process as my car had to be completely disassembled at the front end. I was as confident as they were when I gave the okay and couldn t be happier! Recommend without hesitation! Skilled, certified, real mechanics not just the code checkers that do what the computer tells them to do. Tom at George's is my go to for all things vehicle related. From our Mazda to my Ford F150. He has gone above and beyond by always fighting to get the best parts at a good price, to help shuttle me to and from work when I had brakes lock up.

I'm from out of state so took a chance. Went in for oil change and tune up as car was running rough. Was told that was the problem. Almost $800. Two months later check engine light on. Went back, got diagnosis and $3000. Then once they knew I had an extended warranty the estimate went to $5000. Warranty company gave the costs of everything they asked for, then just about doubled it to me. Warranty told me to get the car out of there!!! They will no longer approve any claims thru George's for the way they were trying to screw me. So, please beware! They are as nice as nice can be and smile while screwing you!!!

I love these guys! So thorough-friendly and courteous. They even have a shuttle service to pick you up or take you home. I've been using them for over 5 years now.

Georges was very informative and professional thru the whole process as there were multiple problems with my vehicle . I would rate them as top quality. They fixed all the issues and the vehicle is performing well. I will be using them again in the future .

My Jeep Cherokee was making a bad grinding noise and wound up needing new front axles right before I was set to drive up to New Jersey. Took it to one place and they told me the part was 2 weeks out. Called up George's and they took the car in immediately and then went out of their way find the parts locally. They had me back on the road in three days. They also charged me a considerably less amount compared to what the other place wanted to charge me. Tom was so pleasant to deal with and so helpful! Took the time to really explain the issue and answer any questions I had. I would 100% recommend George's. I will only use them from now on for any car issues.

Service manager was helpful getting my car scheduled and parts located, along with a quote for repair. Car repair took 2 days longer them scheduled and I felt the markup on the part was excessive. I thought with labor the repair was about 30% overpriced. I didn't notice right away but the interior console was not installed correctly.

It was my first visit to George's Auto but I was made to feel like I'd been coming there for years. Everyone was very kind and did their due diligence not only in fixing, with obvious expertise, my immediate repairs but also answering questions which helped make me aware of future preventative maintenance requirements.I'LL BE BACK!

Paul and the front desk staff were very courteous, clear, and concise on their reasons for doing certain repairs on the car and willing to answer any questions and provide an estimate before any work began. I sincerely appreciate their honesty and integrity.

I called late in afternoon after seeing fluid leaking from my Tahoe that was caused by construction vehicle losing large sheet of plastic that wrapped around drive shaft and cut seals inside transfer case. Tom told me to come by and look which he confirmed leaking after putting on rack. He said they were extremely busy because of holiday and would not be able to repair until the following week. I was leaving the next day to go out of town and needed my truck. He worked a miracle and had my truck fixed by end of day for long Holiday weekend.I would highly recommend them.Thank you Tom.Daryl

I will definitely go back to George s again. Friendly and super knowledgeable staff. Had a battery issue and evaluated my situation quickly, ordered and installed battery. New to CC, was referred to George s auto thru friends at CityFirst church- I immediately noticed the difference in George s auto in comparison to other auto repair shops. You learn a lot by sitting in the lobby! Great customer service to everyone that walked in the door. I appreciate the care that the owner Ryan took regarding explaining the repairs that our car needed, and going above and beyond to help with an unrelated auto body problem. Most of all, they were confident and successful in diagnosing the real problem, (I had a different diagnosis from another auto repair shop) fixing it at a fair cost and completion timeframe. I m Glad I found these guys, give them a call, you will be happy you did like me!

Tom was my service advisor and David was my mechanic but these guys are just phenomenal. I don t often say that I enjoyed my experience at a mechanic shop but I truly did enjoy my experience here they were upfront and honest and communicated very well in every step of the process, and even when things took a little longer than anticipated, they always kept me informed also honorable mention to Ryan for being a stellar human being He picked my wife and I up after we dropped off our rental and was just a super awesome down to earth guy Be prepared for these guys to be busy because that s just how good they are. You will not find a more honest and more reputable mechanic in the area I can promise you that.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance

The gentleman we worked with on both our cars, I think his name was Tom, was fabulous to work with. Also the work preformed was quality, neat, and timely. I'd highly recommend if you need their expertise.

The most competent, knowledgeable service that I have had in a very long time. The appointment was set per my request the date was changed twice (with a smile and don t worry it is not a problem). Always helpful and polite and informative I will send everyone I know there.

First time customer so I figured I would use their coupon oil change special. Had an appointment at 0830 for an oil change while I waited. 2 hours later I had enough and left without the oil change. Went up the street and got it changed in 15 min. Why have an appointment scheduled? Staff was apologetic and offered a free oil change if I decide to come back.

The low air in tires light ame on in my car just a couple of weeks after George's put air in all of them. I was helped as soon as I walked in the door. There was a nail in one of the tires. Five minutes later the nail was out and a plug was in. Fast and efficient. There is one aspect I wonder about: my neighbor had the same issue with his car. George's charged me twice as much for seemingly the same service. But there may have been some difference. The price I paid seemed reasonable to me. My neighbor's price just seemed a little more reasonable. At any rate, George's is an excellent auto shop!
