My tire installation appointment was canceled 2 hours prior due to "necessary parts not arrived yet." However, I witnessed the DSD receiver check them in thru FedEx the previous day. Paul committed himself to finding my tires and getting me taken care of

Arrived at 7am for service on my vehicle, 1st in line. I was told they open at 7:30am but website clearly says 7am.No workers presently on-site, I was not greeted upon arrival by manager of Auto Center who was opening work stations. I will update this site on speed and service rendered today.

Called ahead...said I needed an oil change and a driver's wiper. Told them 3 times at the write up...I was making a 1200 mile trip....check it over and change the wiper blade out. At the end....they said it visually passed and the wiper didn't need replaced. LIE! Now how do I know they checked anything at all?

I have been coming here for years and have had several tires for several cars put on at this location. Typically you have to wait more than half a day to have them changed and just to get your car in the waiting list takes 20 minutes. The employees have been very friendly to me and I have had no issues with them. Finally I came to change my tires again and after changing 4 sets of tires on this particular car, the new manager (according to the staff) says having tires of two different sizes different from the sticker on the door is something they will not do. Keep in mind, the tires and rim size on the car are on Walmart's very own recommended tire sizes for this vehicle. Therefore even after showing the paperwork that the past tires were changed here, I was turned away. I will not be returning with any of my vehicles to this tire center. At least at other Walmarts, the manager has the guts to talk to the customer, and not send employees to deal with the issue. He couldn't not talk face-to-face but had the the audacity to people on his personal cellphone outside near us instead. I would not recommend this place unless there is a new tire center manager at the very least.Service: Tires

I bought tires from Walmart and scheduled to have them put on my car. When my husband arrived there for our appointment he was there 2 hours waiting then he was told they couldn't find our order that it was in the store somewhere but they didn't know where. He was told he would get a call when they were found. We received no call. I called back later that day and some rude guy got on the phone after I waited on hold for 30 minutes for them to find my order rudely said it was there. I told him I will be there the next day to get them. When I arrived the next day they couldn't find my order we waited an hour then finally I started looking around and found them sitting right in front behind the counter. My husband said he was trying to look but he was told he couldn't be behind the counter which I understand but apparently none of the employees looked which it was several of them looking. I'm sure they were right there the first day.

We have had our oil changed here several times. One time they forgot to tighten our oil filter. We took our car back, and they topped off our oil, and checked everything. They do a decent job at plugging car tires (We had it done several times here) The wait times can be very lengthy. We bought tires for our Chevy equinox. Decent price.

The time management and communication was seriously lacking. Waited with a lot of other individuals for 3+ hours, all for routine services. I had 4 tires changed and from the time they actually started on my car to the end, the process took over 2 hours. Corporate needs to train a little more.Service: TiresService: Tires

Came in at 9AM. It's first come, first serve (I was the second car that came in) I then was told it would be 2 hours to get my car in. The clerk told me to go to their competitor O'REILLY'S or AutoZone. What a great business plan, tell customers you don't want to work and send them to your competition. I am in awe how lazy people have gotten in America today. No one wants to work.Service: Auto battery replacement

I've had battery changed, new Walmart tires put on will have an oil change tomorrow. The servicemen are usually courteous and fast. It's much less costly and are always out within an hour.

Very nice, quick service. We needed two tires, only had to wait 30 minutes. The employee was polite, knowledgeable. We will be back in the future and I highly recommend them.

Always chose Walmart Auto service bc although they are a busy shop, the guys are always pleasant and patient when ppl complain about taking too long. They service each car with the same care, assuring that your car has been properly serviced. On one visit, 2 of the mechanics stayed past their regular hours to assist a woman who has been waiting patiently for quite some time. THAT IS ALMOST UNHEARD ANYMORE!These mechanics really care about your cars safety, and your satisfaction. A+++

Went Thursday and the guy outside taking cars in was so high he could barely keep his eyes open. Asked how long for 4 tires and he told me 4 hours because there was 4 people ahead of me. This was 2 hours before they closed, then told me if I didnt like it to go somewhere else and I'll leave out the explicit language he used as I walked away. I left and went back today. Was taken care of like customers should be. Yes it was busy. Took 2 hours, but I expected that. Maybe start paying attention to your staff better. I know 2 others in line left when they heard the way the employee was talking to me so I can only imagine how much business he has cost the company. Might be a good idea to drug test AFTER they are hired. But I'm sure you will lose a ton of employees then.

They were busy, but they told me an hour. After 2 hours they still hadn't moved the car. I had to buy tires here and take them elsewhere to be mounted. I would have appreciated not wasting 2 hours of my time.

Oil change and new battery. Was priced right. Was finished as estimated. But out side man ignored us for nearly 20 min. We are both handicapped. The trick had not reset the change oil inductor and as it turned out after I had to corner out side man of the. Problem.0 Tired out the oil change guy was not up to speed on resetting a Ford.

Employees are nice but the service is slow. I went there three different times to get my tires rotated and balanced. Each time they told me it would be over two hours before they get to my car. One of those times I called before I went up there to see how long it would be. They said it would be an hour and some change. When I got there it was longer. They said it would be 2 -3hrs before they get to me. Needless to say, I didn't stay either time. Sad thing is, I have lifetime free rotation and balance but I'm going somewhere else now where I have to pay for it

Took my my Suburban in for some tires the guy on the phone Matt I think his name was, was extremely helpful. I've worked in the auto industry for 13+ years when I talked to Matt he understood what I was looking for and not trying to sell me the most expensive tires. He's a person that truly cared about what I wanted. Great work to all.

Just be cautious. I took my new car there for an oil change and the technician didn't tighten my oil drain plug with a torque wrench so my drain plug ended up falling out while driving on the highway, dumping all my oil and it completely ruined my whole engine on my new car. Had to get a new engine put in through their claims center. Never will use walmart again for an oil changeHuge lesson learned.Service: Oil change

We love their updated text messaging system.. If it weren't for us having to order our tires 3 separate times because our selection kept getting approved but then immediately canceled, I would've given 5 star rating.. Also we're strong believers that if the job is done well and in a great time frame that you should be allowed to tip the workers... Apparently it's not allowed.. It should be at the shoppers discretion...

Pro: This place offers a wide selection of new tires at prices that are hard to beat in this county.Cons: Service is very slow. No matter if you re just fixing a tire, getting a tire rotation, or getting new tires put on it seems to take two hours to have your service done. Making an appointment seems to make no difference in speed.

I found out my battery was bad in my car and stopped by Walmart auto on my way home from Tampa. I was seen quickly and killed time shopping while waiting. As I strolled the isles I was asked by different associates if I needed help finding anything. A sweet lady named Tammy escorted me to an item I was looking for and was very helpful. After some time I went to check on the progress of my car. I was told that my front tire was very bad and I would have to get it replaced before they were able to safely let me leave. Needless to say I was a little perturbed because I thought my tires were good. Luis showed me the tire and the inner rim was nothing but metal. I had no clue. They said it was very dangerous. Thank you Walmart and the Avon Park associates for helping me.

I would make am appointment if I were you. There were people there for 3 hours waiting for an oil change. I had an appointment for my tire, so I wasn't there more than an hour or so.

I go here once a month to have my tires checked for air pressure. I'd do it myself but I don't want my back/ hips to "go out" (and don't get me started about my knees!).The guys are ALWAYS great and I'm able to leave confident my tires are good for another month.

I got there at 7 in the morning to get a place in line to have my tires put on, picked the tires, registered with the guy at the front, gave them my keys, all that was done.. The car in front of my got theirs done and multiple cars behind me got theirs done as well. I waited over 5 hours for them to tell me "well have to fit you in"

Bought 4 Consumer Reports highly-rated tires at WM online. Before doing that looked online and saw bar graphs of hour-by-hour, each day, when this auto center is least busy. Tires shipped to auto center. Today, Palm Sunday, when the graph says "12-1 PM, not very busy" I call to make sure they're open and that the mounting will be smooth sailing. Guy says 5 cars ahead of me right now and the wait to get these 4 tires on is about....4 hours. 4 hours. Give me these tires for free and I would not wait 4 hours. Money can always be made, even by the poorest people on earth. Time? Nothing is more precious. Because we can never replace it. This is an absolutely perfect example of why I dislike WalMart. Yes: cheap prices. No: very, very low expectations of anything remotely resembling good service. WalMart has zero competitive advantage other than lower prices.

We were told the oil chatting would be over an hour and we were fine with it.WE WERE THERE 2 HOURS AND 50 MINUTES. Our car was done and waiting for us for over an hour before we noticed the keys on the counter and asked if we were ready to pay and go.
