I chose Plymouth Glass and Mirror out of recommendations from my supervisor at work. I knew where they where located and it was about 20 miles from my home. I expected quality work and was not disappointed. I take care of my truck and wanted the same at the shop. My windshield was replaced in less than one hour while I waited and even caught a glimps of the eclipse while I was outside. Very happy with the job and the people working there. I will return for glass work in the future on a restoration project. Thank you for a great job!

Needed a windshield replaced. Staff worked with insurance company and set the claim in motion. Within minutes claim approved and I was allset for next day installation. Outstanding customer service. Technician was top notch, took great care to keep car interior clean. Great experience, recommend Plymouth glass and mirror for all your glass needs.

Brian was a pleasure and very accommodating. Let me know when he was arriving, when he got there, when it was finished, and also gave instructions for the best after-installation care. Windshield looks great so far! Would definitely recommend this service.

We were looking to replace our windshield. My wife said to me that Plymouth Glass has a lot of 5 stars and wondered if the reviews were real from so many 5 stars.I tell you it is real, they were great . My insurance covered original glass and they got my Subaru windshield in a day. The next day they came to my house to replace windshield since I was alone and didn't want to sit in a shop all morning. They needed to recalibrate the cruise control cameras which is better to recalibrate on a smooth surface. Anton left their van with me and took my car to their shop to get everything right and he was back in just a couple hours. I never had to leave my house or worry about my car.Anton, Tony, was an awesome guy to have working on my car. He was a super nice guy and a hard worker, Thank you Tony,, and Plymouth glass.

Al called me first thing in the morning, was extremely prompt and very well done. Very likable crew that handled my car with professionalism and ease, and Tony showed up later for the calibration (came two hours early which was amazing) and got everything done- even got a free air freshener :) everyone was quick, informative, and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has a glass claim, and they come to you !

My husband and I were very pleased with the job that Josh did for us from Plymouth Glass! He replaced the rear windshield in our pick up truck like it was nothing!! He was very polite, informative and just a really nice guy to me! I highly recommend them to anyone in need! Our experience was awesome dealing with them thanks again to you all!!

Excellent, professional service, completed right in my driveway. I have a lift truck which presented no problem for the skilled & friendly service man who showed up early, completed the job within the stated time, and didn't tie up my whole day. I was impressed!We had just started our vacation drive to NMB, SC and a tractor trailer kicked up a rock that hit the glass so hard that it left a very large crack, from the top of the windshield down through my line of sight. I called & started a claim on the drive home Plymouth called me that SAME day & scheduled an appointment which was just a few days after our return.

Great experience! Scheduling was easy and very quick. The technician (who was very nice and knowledgeable) came to my place of work the following day prepared and had my new windshield installed in no time. Would definitely use and recommend them in the future.

They were very helpful through the whole process. Easy to call or submit your info on line to request an appointment and then they will help you if your going through insurance and haven t called already. On service day the technician calls you and confirms the address, and Tyrone was great and very professional. Highly recommend this company for your windshield replacement or repair needs.

I brought my vehicle for glass replacement. Someone left the key in the ignition and drained the batteries (all 3). My battery has not held a proper charge since. I called the manager and left a message. At minimum they could of jumped my vehicle so I could get the batteries replaced, since now they're toast. That was two days ago. I still have not received a call back. In the future, I'll be taking my money somewhere else.

Excellent customer service! Responded to request for quote for food truck window replacement within 10 minutes. Technician, Steve , came out next morning and followed through with everything he said. New window within 3 hours -start to finish! We would highly recommend this company.

Great Company and craftsmanship. Cam out to my house to replace a windshield and was about to do it in under an hour. They even washed it inside and out when finished. Would highly recommend them. They billed directly to my insurance company so process was smooth and seamless.

Working with PGM is always an easy experience. Within 1 hour of my windshield being damaged on a Saturday, they answered my call and promptly setup an appointment for Monday! The technician was on time, completed the repair and made sure all concerns were addressed. Very reliable company. Hope I don t see them anytime soon though!

Filing the claim and setting up the appointment was so easy with the staff in the office. I definitely expected it to be more complicated, but it was a breeze. The day of the windshield replacement, the technician called with plenty of notice beforehand and reached out on arrival. He was so fast and efficient and you could see the care taken to be neat and careful (my coworkers and I were dying to see the removal and replacement, so we watched). After he was done, he had me come out and make sure I was happy. He even checked in about a previous interior issue that he wanted to be sure wasn t caused by him. Every step of the way was perfect!

We have used Plymouth glass several times over the years for issues we've had... Always great customer service from the start of our phone call through the process and in the end receiving a call to make sure that all of our issues were taken care of... In a timely manner as well... Definitely a business that you should use if needed.

Steve from Plymouth Glass & Mirror worked on my truck Ystdy and replaced my windshield. He called me in the morning to give me an estimated time of arrival and said he d call again when he was 5 - 10 min. out, (which he did.) Steve advised me of approximately how much time he would be there and true to his word the entire process took slightly over an hour. I kept peeking out to watch and he worked quickly and neatly. He wasn t standing around, on his phone or smoking or whatever. He was there to work and that s exactly what he did. My driveway was clean and clear of any debris and he was also very very pleasant. The windshield is perfect. I have used PG&M in the past in conjunction with my insurance company and it s always been a smooth process. Someone calls, same day I file with my insurance, I have also used them for other glass projects and I will continue to use PG&M for any future glass needs.Colleen M. Baker

Excellent service from claim start to post finish follow up. I was truly impressed. As soon as I filed my claim, I received a call from a Plymouth Glass rep, who kindly and courteously explained everything to me, obtained necessary approvals, scheduled the glass replacement appointment, specially during holidays. Technician came to my residence, was prompt and courteous, very knowledgeable and experienced, meticulous and clean, efficient and methodical, and completed the job and calibrated the vehicle s computer system, all within an acceptable timeframe. The next day I received a courtesy follow-up call from the business owner ensuring my complete satisfaction.I hope I don t encounter anymore glass damage event, but should it occur, I will call no one else but the folks at Plymouth glass and mirror.

I have to say Plymouth Glass was great! I had an issue with getting the correct glass but they did it and found the correct windshield. My car had 2022 and 2023 parts and it made it difficult to find the correct windshield. Raul and the 2 guys that came out were great! Thank Plymouth!

Had a windshield installed on my 2019 Tundra. PGM showed up on time, respectful of property, great job overall. The next morning the owner called to ask how the job went and if there were any issues to call backIts good to see people still care about their quality of work

Amazing company to deal with . Ive dealt with Plymouth Glass on three occasions. They have been prompt in returning our calls, answered our questions, came when they said they would and completed the job more than satisfactory . Very very happy with the end results. Definitely would recommend Plymouth Glass !!!

Great job. Other glass companies, including big name companies, had bad reviews. Plymouth Glass had great reviews. Thry set up appointment and guy did a great job at my home. Would recommend over any other company.

Very fast response after claim was submitted through my local insurance office. The agents at Plymouth Glass were kind and courteous. The glass installation tech was prompt and addressed all my questions. Great Job all around.
