Can't believe it took me this long to make a review!Best shop locally. Hands down. And this is coming from someone who literally went to almost every shop in this area.Best customer service by the managers and crew expecially down to explaining issues and seeing next course of action to ensure the vehicle is safe.My whole family now uses this shop with close to 10 vehicles being serviced here this year alone!Very glad to use P&C and will continue to suggest them to friends and family locally.

Best shop I've ever been too. We ve never had a good experience at a shop besides this one. Very knowledgeable and nice people, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

After a brief conversation with the owner who offered to refund me for a failed part I declined and walked out. The owners honesty and patience to explain his position is worth more than any part on the truck. I ll definitely go back to this honest family owned business.

Honestly, I feel really bad leaving this review for a nice local shop but I also feel like I should. I had some engine issues earlier this year (oil leak.) brought it to this shop and they quoted me for the work. Got the head gasket, water pump, etc done in about 3ish weeks for a decent price. Brought it back, got some exhaust work done and that went well too. Now here s where it gets exciting. Just one or two days after the warranty on the engine work was up, the head gasket failed again. Brought it back, I told them I had replaced the thermostat thinking maybe it was the problem but found hydrocarbons in the coolant. They called me telling me it was the thermostat but I just replaced the thermostat?? I said I tested it for H.C.s and it came back positive later I got a call saying I was correct. They had the car for quite some time until I got a call saying one of the headbolts were stripped because the engine overheated.. this is where I felt like something was up. I m going to go out on a limb and assume the headbolts weren t replaced the first time anyway, they fixed it up and said they re gonna do me a solid and only charge me like $400 after holding onto the car for nearly a month and blaming me for their work failing. Anyways about 3 more months, if that, down the line GUESS WHAT! head gasket failed again! Left them a message - no call back! Sucks because they have such good ratings. I really feel like I got somewhat shafted here. I mean come on the price wasn t bad, took quite awhile, and the work failed twice. Now I m out quite a bit of money, and don t have a car to make it to work. I would ve been better off throwing a whole other engine in there !

I was having major problems with a used Subaru that I bought. No other shop could figure it out, but these guys got me straightened right out. They were also very fairly priced and then they called me several days after I got my vehicle back from them, to ask me how things were going. P & C is the best! Not only was I able to get a next day appointment for my vehicle, they understood that I needed it for a road trip, and had it completed in 1 day. They explained everything, prices are more than fair, and always take the time to make sure your vehicle is done properly. Awful place. Awful ownership. I brought my car in for a noise in the front end. They ended up telling me I needed $1,400 worth of work done (which I thought was expensive for what it was). Against my better judgement, I told them to go ahead and do the repairs. The very next morning, I heard the car still making the same exact noise I brought it in for and that they supposedly repaired. Did they even test drive the car after? I called them and they took it back in a few days later and told me I needed another $350 worth of work done. This should have been on them to make the situation right, but they didn t. Even after much arguing over the phone. The owner couldn t be more dismissive. I would have even been glad to pay cost on the parts, but I believe they were still trying to charge me list price plus labor on top of it. Bottom line, If you charge $1,400 to begin with, tell me you fixed the problem I brought it in for, and you didn t, you should do your best to make it right. They didn t, or even attempt to for that matter.

I brought my SUV in as it wasn't running well. By the time I got it there, the transmission went. Cole looked at it and told me all that was wrong with it. The transmission wasn't the only issue. I chose to junk it, and it was picked up 2 days later. I went into the shop to pay for the evaluation, and the 2 days it was parked there. Cole told me I didn't owe him anything. I told him I would give a review. You don't find many kind, honest mechanics around. I am a customer for life!!! I have talked to numerous people who use this garage to service their vehicles. Good honest work at reasonable pricing is what I have been told over and over again. Thank you, Cole. You made a difficult time much easier and now have a customer for life.

Above all, these folks are kind, caring people. They have fixed numerous problems with our Subaru over the past few years. They have been more than fair about charging. Sadly, I had a poor experience. My truck wouldn't start so I had it towed to this shop. After about 2 weeks I was called and told the starter was the issue. Starter was replaced and the truck still did not work. A week or so later I was called and told a wire had been found that was broken/ mouse damage and repaired. $530 got my truck back and I found an under-carraige panel still in the backseat with attachment bolts missing. The truck stopped working again a day later when I tried to start it again. When I called up for more specifics about the wire that was repaired I was told that a wire had not been repaired just that the battery terminals had been cleaned. Last night I inspected the battery terminals and found that they had not been cleaned. They were rusted and corroded. So sad.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Always top notch service. And their cars for sale are insanely nice, with no detail overlooked. I recently bought my truck from them and it is beyond what I hoped for. Not only did they address the things I wanted, but added even more after the sale that just really put it over the top. Strongly recommend!

I would recommend this auto shop to everyone I know! They are amazing. Honest, fast, and reasonably priced. I had my car stolen last year and they helped out so much. And quickly. Everyone is amazing.
