Worst experience of our lives. My daughter had some minor repairs done and they did not secure her wheel when they finished the job. Her tire came off while on the highway!! She could have been killed. The owner gave me insurance information for a policy that had lapsed due to non payment then tried to force me to use his company to fix the extensive damage they caused. He has now refused to pay for another shop to do the work or to refund us. He didn't even come himself to look at the damage instead he sent his employee who caused the issue. I am at a loss for words. My 19 year old daughter spent her entire savings on this repair and now has no car at all. We now have to hire a lawyer. Steer clear of this business.

They did changed my alternator few months ago but needed them for brakes and they set a time of 10:30 am today which is 2/23/2024 and I tried to reach out to them all day yesterday to confirm the time and their has been no response so I missed work for nothing cuz my vehicle still isn't fixed

Monday 12/05/2022, called Milli Mobile Auto LLC (Jeff) to replace the thermostat on my Jeep.We were supposed to meet at 1pm. He never showed and didn't answer when I called him. He called me back at 1:45pm saying he been running behind all day.We met up at 2:15pm. His personal cellphone, not the number on the side of the van, was constantly ringing. He kept stopping to answer which made it longer to finish my car. He ended up finishing at 5:30pm (dark outside since 4pm). That's 3 hrs and 15 minutes to change a thermostat. I was charged $80.The next morning I came outside and coolant was on the ground, see pic attached. I called multiple times no answer. I ran into him parked in a parking lot and showed him the leak. He agreed he needed to re-do the work and add some sealant. He gave me a time that day which came and went. I called his personal phone, no answer.I called the number from the side of the van. His business partner (Ousmane) answers and gives me a different time to meet. That time comes and goes, still no Jeff. I kept hearing excuse after excuse day after day.Long story short it is now Thursday 12/08/2022 and neither of them are answering their phones. At this point I just want a refund. So I sent a text msg stating this and have gotten no response. My next step is small claims court.AVOID THESE GUYS!Service: Engine repair

Workers were on time and communicated well with me. Most importantly, they did a great job with the oil change and even picked up the oil and filter for me. I would definetly hire them again.

Extremely convenient and trustworthy service. They came out to fix my van on a Sunday, when no other local mechanic was even open. They are very transparent about pricing, which is such a relief compared to most mechanics. They show you the exact price of the parts and have very reasonable hourly rates for labor. I will definitely be going back to them next time.

I ve called Milli Mobile a few times over the last few moths to have work done on my vehicles last minute and everything time I called they came thru with the resources and quality service!!!They had my car back on the rd in no time. I recommend them to anyone!No job to big or to small and the best part is they come to you no matter where you are!!!! With all the equipment! And as far as pricing it s so reasonable you might never call the garage again!

LISTEN!!! THESE GUYS WILL COME TO YOU!The guys here were extremely professional, helpful and comprehensive in solving my problem. I called them almost at closing time and they went above and beyond to fix my issue. My truck broke while on the road and after collecting some information regarding what had transpired, they gave me an idea of potentially what could have gone wrong and the price. They came promptly and brought some parts with them and even went back to buy additional parts after the visual assessment.In terms of pricing, let s just say that what they charged was just a shade above what the wrecker service was charging to tow my vehicle to a garage. This means I got value for money cause I am sure the garage would charge more to fix my truck in addition to towing costs.The customer service was extremely professional from calling to meeting the mechanic to paying my bill. These guys are gonna be my go to mechanic going forward.

Brake line repair. Bobby came out. Was supposed to replace the line. Instead he cut it and pinched it off leaving me with no brakes. I want a refund. No one answers the phone. Business address looks like a residential address. Ready to call ct dmvService: BrakesService: Brakes

The experience was extremely bad we been waiting for our vehicle to get fix since this morning for which we did have appointment at 10:30am it's 1:14am and our vehicle is still not ready

I had to get my brakes & rotors done on my 2019 Kia. Jeff & Dustin checked my car. Informed me of what was needed & what they suggested. Friendly, direct, quick service. At the end- they drove my car to make sure all was good! Thank you so much for being so helpful & kind! Will be doing more service with you guys soon!
