No wait to get service and the employees were polite and professional. The wait time for tire change was a little longer than I was told, but it was a nice day so I didn't mind. I had 4 tires off the boat trailer that I carried over to have new tires mounted. They have twin buildings and the shop is the one on the right. I just updated Google map location. It was a little off. People like to put the marker in the center of businesses. You can't drive to the middle of the building.UPDATE: A few days after the tire change, it went flat due to Barnwell House of Tires not changing the VALVE STEM. The boat trailer is in Old Saybrook so it's a pain in the B taking it off again and bringing it back to Bloomfield. I got it repaired, bringing it back to Barnwell for no charge, but for $75 ($20 to put old tires in the trash)to replace 4 tires that's not on a vehicle, you would think you should get new stems and balance. One of the other tires valve stem is original after I checked all the tires. They missed 2 out of 4 valve stems.

Had a flat tire on my semi truck. Their service tech Shawn came out and had me up and running in no time. He was efficient, knew what he was doing and had a great attitude! Very friendly fellow. Thanks Barnwell House of Tires for the great experience!

Had a flat tire on my Toyota van. Jon accommodated me right away and David repaired the flat. Very polite and knowledgeable staff. I had an excellent experience

Stopped in at Toce after work on a Wednesday, with no appointment, to have some tires out on (I d purchased the tires ahead of time and had them in my car ready to go). The guy at the desk was friendly and directed me out to the two techs on the floor, who had my old tires off and new ones balanced and installed in what couldn t have been more then twenty minutes time. Awesome service from all three guys I interacted with, I highly recommend going here for tire needs.

I would give this place many more stars if I could! The workers here were extremely helpful and understanding. I am a teen driver (with little to no knowledge of cars and how they work) and when I found a screw in my tire on my way to school, I got so lucky that Toce was right around the corner. When I drove up, they helped me immediately and their service was very efficient. They totally could've ripped me off and taken advantage of me and the little knowledge I had of the issue (which has certainly happened to some of my other friends who are young drivers), but INSTEAD the workers at Toce were beyond helpful at fixing my problem, explaining what happened, and telling me what to look at for in the future. I will be sure to come back to Toce any time I need help with my car in the future & other people should too!

Karen was amazing. I just needed a couple wheelbarrow tires. Not a big purchase. Her Bloomfield location didn't have them in stock but her Torrington location did. I asked her if it was possible to have them delivered to the Bloomfield location since I live very close to that one. She didn't have to but she made it happen. This kindhearted action saved me about 2 hours of driving! I am very grateful for Karen's help and I give a thumbs wayyyy up to her and the rest of the team at Toce Brothers Inc.

I had them replace a tire on my Range Rover sport. They were insightful, careful and allowed me to pay next time I was around town. Reason being I was going to pay by CC, but because it was a simple job the manager said to pay the guy by cash. I didn t have cash, so they were very trustworthy and you don t see that a lot. I paid two days later and would highly recommend Toce Brothers regarding any tire needs and care.

Barnwell is the only place i get tires from. Ive been coming here for tires my whole life, and honestly i can say theyre great the staff is Amazing, and hard working. Tom replaced all 4 tires, and the tire pressure sensors for me all during his lunch break! If you need tires, and reliable people who put in hard work and respect your time Toces Bros now Barnwell is the place to go! P.S David is good too.

The guys here are great ,good service polite hard-working to get you out at a reasonable time. I would not take my car/truck any where else to get tire/tires work done. Thank you Jon and the rest of the guys for a great job!!
