Took my car for an estimate and they took forever to give me an appointment. Personal was rude and didn t give me enough information, I will take my business somewhere else.

I had an excellent experience with everyone here. They got my car in in about a month and finished the work in about a week. The body work was good, the paint matching was great and the customer service was exceptional. Above and beyond the call of duty all the way around. My car was even cleaner than I left it. These guys/gals are the best. I recently had a fender bender resulting in a broken headlight and front bumper. I got an estimate here and filed a claim with my insurance. My insurance was a little difficult to work with but, the ladies here handled it all. Shannon and Leslie took care of business! They never got frustrated with my questions or calls. Getting parts takes a while these days, they had me in within a few weeks and i couldn t be happier with the final result of my repair. Thank you for the pleasant experience and getting me back on the road.

As far as the quality of work goes... unparalleled to anyone that I have used before. The only negative I have is that you have no idea how long it will take. The answer in estimated time line is "we'll let you know..." Literally, the only answer I received. That said though, it was done well. It took almost 2 weeks to do what insurance said should only take a couple days. But the work is flawless. So, would I recommend? Absolutely! Would I use them again? Absolutely!! Just be prepared for your vehicle to be gone longer than expected.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The quality of the work was excellent. Leslie was very competent and thorough in her communication with the insurance company to get coverage for the repairs that my car needed. I had been a customer a very long time ago for at least 2 repairs on 2 different vehicles. Both times excellent work and everything A ok. So, when I recently needed repairs again I looked them up. Luckily they are still in business and I made an appointment for the estimate. It so happened that it was 2 separate incidents with 2 separate people who were both at fault, but wanted to pay out of pocket. Ok, fine . All set. Appointment set for repairs. A few days before the appointment day yet another 3rd incident again someone else at fault and also wishing to pay put of pocket. I called, we laughed and the 3rd estimate was done when vehicle was brought in for repairs of the other 2. All ok. All done in same repair window. Although the estimated completion day was delayed due to staff absence for illness, the 3 repairs were done in a timely manner. Now the crazy part for the office to contact all 3 separate payees before vehicle is released. The office got it all taken care of and I was on my way. The jobs were flawless. You couldn't tell. During the initial estimate I casually mentioned scratches and other paint marks from me running into a highly placed chain at a parking lot exit and was asking professional advice on how I could elleviate the marks. Low and behold after bringing home the vehicle after all the repairs were done, they even rubbed, buffed, and or cleaned them off as well! So, I highly recommend this shop for all you body work needs! John (one caveat to the town of Trinidad itself; get at least one car rental place in your town!!!)

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! My vehicle was at the shop 3 days before I had any update, which I had to contact the shop myself to request an update. Both ladies I spoke to (Sharon and Leslie) were unbelievably rude, interrupted every time I tried to speak and both yelled at me when I questioned their lack of communication. I was told it could take up to a month and a half for my car to be repaired, for what my insurance said would take a week. I was treated so poorly by this shop that I chose to have my vehicle transferred to another body shop 80 miles away.

Took a vehicle to them last year to repair. Was quoted 35 shop days for repair and everything. It s been almost a year now and vehicle is still not completed and they can t provide me a finish date or timeline. Had to pick up a second vehicle for work because this repair has been drug out so long. Extremely disappointed with this experience, would not recommend at all.Service: Body & Trim

Very fast efficient work. My car was hit while someone was backing up. I spoke to Lesley and she immediately got my car in, had the insurance quote, and had it fixed. I thought I would be without a car for a couple weeks and it was 3 days. You can t even tell it had to be repaired. Got in a fender bender in January. Service and repair were good until my car started over heated a few days after I got it back. Turns out, they forgot to plug the fans back in and that made my coolant run empty.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This place is no good! The paint and body work they did for me looked great but the mechanical damage to my vehicle was not fixed! Making it extremely unsafe to drive. If you want it done right the first time this is not the place to do it. Also had a real mechanic take a look and my tye rods were still bent my brake line was cut. My ball joint was stretched and duct tape was used by corridino to fix something else. I'm suing if I don't get my money back out of them. They had my truck for a month and the only thing fixed was the paint!!

After an unfortunate collision with a light pole in a parking lot, while trying to get somewhere that I could walk off an intense leg cramp, they pegged me as a rube from Texas, to be taken advantage of. The actual repair cost me less after an expensive tow to Colorado Springs than it would have to repair it in their shop. When the wrecker picked it up, I had to pay $262.00 in "storage and admin fees" before they would release it to him and I'll still come out ahead of what they quoted me for my repair.Watch out for these guys. They'll wipe you out financially and if you can't pay the "fees" or repair costs, they'll keep your vehicle. And yes, it is legal what they're doing. However, it's still immoral and unethical!

I took my 2000 Chevy Silverado to have the brass door bushings replaced. It only took Steve 45 minutes to complete the job. Awesome service great shop. Highly recommend

They held my truck for six months, stole parts and now is attempting to retain over $4,700 of my company's money. Stay away if at all possible.

I have been attempting to get a car in their to do body work. They don't do custom body work. The receptionist seemed to have a bad attitude. And when I do talk to somebody nice it doesn't seem like there is any follow through.

Car sat in their lot for 2 weeks after the insurance check came in. (No parts ordered for those two weeks), took my car to another shop to find out that corradino left my car uncovered to be exposed to overspray all over my car.
