These guys are amazing!! I went in to get my breaks checked as they were making noises and I was supposed to drive to Copper Mountain. They checked it out within a day and let me know everything was fine. A week later my brakes are squeaking again so I took it back to check it out and they assured me everything was fine that a previous mechanic did not rotate my rotors!! Definitely recommend very friendly and helpful!!

These guys are awesome and totally saved the day. We were leaving town late on a Friday and they squeezed us in for a repair so we could get home. They even welcomed our pup into the waiting room and made sure we were comfortable. Thank you all for fixing the car ( it drives great now) and a stressful situation.

I have to share this. I was coming to town towing a car hauler and the brakes weren't operating on it. I searched around Google maps and found these guys and am very glad I did! They were able to get the parts and get the trailer brakes back up and operational within the same day! This alone was a miracle considering how much they had going when I pulled up. Their customer service is second to none and skill level is exceptional. Not to mention their pricing was more than fair. They are very professional and if I ever need anything maintenance or repair related, this is where I'm going for sure. I'm so glad to see this level of competence and knowledge still exists in a world that would lead you to believe its gone. These guys can do it all whether it be a car or HD truck. Great job RMR!!!

I was in steamboat from Loveland when the fuel pump gave out on my Jeep. I thought that would have been an absolute disaster in a resort town. I chose this team after meeting my AAA tow driver and getting a good feeling. They kept in good communication while my vehicle was there. The work was done correctly and the price was fantastic at 3 hours labor! I'm a return customer if ever the need arises and I know it'll be done right at a fair price.As a bonus, the day I picked it up we drove from steamboat to meeker on the flat top scenic highway then back to steamboat under Duffy mountain and through Hayden. That's over 5 hours and hundreds of miles on the fresh work with zero issues.

Rocky Mountain auto repair saved the day for me. Replaced my starter for half the price of another shop in town. Josh was very helpful and got the job done quickly and professionally. I will certainly use the shop for all my auto repair needs in the future.

These guys are the best! I was in a tough spot stranded with my family and they snuck me in after staying very late on a holiday weekend for me. They wouldn t quit until they knew I was going to get home. Very awesome family vibe over there. Highly recommended

These Guys were like Family in 30 seconds. 10 Min before closing Monday, flat on my '19 Platinum F450 Dually Dieseljust passing through town. Talkative, Honest, "How can we help? My Truck broke down while I was camping at stagecoach reservoir. They were here to pick it up on Sunday before I could even start trouble shooting. They towed my trailer and truck back to their secure location. Waited for me to get my thing. Monday morning first thing they were working on my truck. Amazing people great communication. Super fast service.

Some of the most kind and genuine service I ve ever received from a repair shop. Big shout out to Joe for easing the stress from an awful situation!! The whole team was responsive and present. I have never had such a positive auto repair experience as I did with this company. My car broke down on the side of the road, about 5 miles into a planned 200-mile drive. The car simply stopped accelerating, and a number of dashboard indicators became illuminated. My car was towed to their shop, and they gave me a ride back to my house while I was waiting for it to be repaired. They quickly repaired the problem that day and, because it was a minor problem, did not charge me. I was able to continue on my drive that afternoon. Would give them 100 stars if I could.

We highly recommend Rocky Mountain Repair after our recent experience with them. My car broke down while in Steamboat Springs two hours from our home in Dillon and was towed to Rocky Mountain Repair late in the day. James was extremely helpful from the moment the car arrived. He determined quickly that we needed more than a quick fix, helped us find a car rental service, and promised to determine the problem first thing in the morning. Once the diagnostics were done he recommended the best place for the extensive repair needed was an Acura dealer in the Denver area. James then checked in with us to help us navigate the actual tow. My husband and I could not have been more pleased with the quality of service and the friendly and helpful manner in which we were treated.

Local in Steamboat for 10+ years; my serpentine belt exploded outside Hayden, Colorado. RMR was my AAA-designated tow truck, the driver was helpful, got in touch with their office and decided to have RMR do the work. Work was completed within the time frame and price they quoted, labor rates were fair and honest.Six months later, I had a check engine light come on a few days before a big trip. James ran a diagnostic on the car (no charge) and determined it was a minor "non-issue" that wouldn't affect my truck on the trip (it didn't). This saved my trip and allowed me to wait on the repair.Honest. Good work. Fair Price. Recommended.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I brought in a wheel to see if they could fix it after another business in Craig claimed they could and messed it up even more. They took the tire and put it on the balancer before letting me know it couldn't be fixed and that I'd need a new one. They were honest, courteous, and helpful. I'll be doing business with them in the future for all my vehicle needs.

I had a company crew passing through the mountains and suddenly they broke down and was stranded on side of the road. By the grace of God, my crew leader found a tow company who also does auto repair.These are great guys and when the new parts couldn't be there until Saturday James Hand and the owner of the shop elected to come in on Father's Day weekend to make sure I was able to get my crew back on the road to start their next job in Green river, UT.Thank you guys so much!Ronnie JonesLane Supply, Inc.

I got my axle fixed by them and not only were they extremely timely but they also gave me an awesome quote for 3 hours of labor. Directly after they fixed my axle I drove to Denver and then back to steamboat with zero problems; I highly recommend them!
