Had a very pleasant 2 day stay in my RV in this unique camp established by a helpful, hard working, and delightful couple. The camp has eclectic original art creations, is quiet, and spacious enough for a walk about.

Where to begin?Recommended by great friends who have stayed at CampV, I finally had the chance to experience it for myself. A welcoming oasis after a long hot day of driving- I was thrilled to walk into my beautiful, rustic-chic cabin accommodation equipped with everything I might need to stay put for a couple days. Clean, well stocked, and relaxing! The artwork/architecture on the property is very fun and inviting to interact with. I really enjoyed hearing about the history and location of CampV from the onsite hosts (who are so very warm and welcoming). I loved starting my day with a yummy coffee from their coffee trailer and a stand up paddle board at the lake below the property. My only gripe is that I didn t have enough time there! I look forward to booking a longer stay next time and really sinking into the magic of CampV. The inspiration is endless :)

My wife and I stayed at CampV for Water Days and we had a blast. Natalie and the team were very hospitable and made sure we had a great stay. The dogs loved the stay too! The breakfast was amazing and the tea they sold was top notch. Thank you for having us and we can't wait to come back.Noteworthy details: CampV is an excellent basecamp for any and all outdoor activities that the surrounding area offered. Easy to get vehicles and trailers in and out.

Fantastic weekend in our RV here. The first night Dan from Pivotal Effects broke out a spectacular music and laser show. It was a stunning combination of light and sound. The next night, Nate planned ahead and made a very special star gazing experience. Saw tons of shooting stars and enjoyed the yoga portal tower view into galaxies far away. The staff here is incredibly friendly. And works hard to create unique and memorable experiences. The RV sites are pretty rustic. This place is funky and artistic and has a fun vibe with great trails in the area. We also tubed the river and had a blast doing that as well. This weekend was so much fun and it s hard to put it into words.

Words don't do this place justice. A friend of mine and myself decided to take some time away on a whim. We had studio cabin #3 and it was amazing. The space is well decorated and very clean. There are plenty of towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner and a hairdryer available. The kitchen has all the utensils needed for the kitchen and grill and if you need something (we need a new lighter for the firepit) the Camp host is friendly and quick to respond. There is no cell service for the most part but the wifi is very good and never was interrupted (even though a wind storm one night!)There is a small town no more than 5 minutes drive at most. It does have a grocery store and while the shelf stable and freezer selection was impressive for the size of town, I would suggest buying meat and produce elsewhere and cold packing it in. There is small fridge in each cabin. The local coffee shop was great (closed Tuesdays) as was the local antique shop where we found many well priced treasures. We loved this place and I will be back again!PS thanks again for the stickers!

Folks are friendly and helpful. The cabin we stayed in was very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked for 2 people. Cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, plates, forks cups. Propane grill with tools. The turntable has a wide selection of vinyl. Bath has soap, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. The bed was very comfortable, we slept well. Lots of area to explore and hike. The camp has several activities you have to look into to enjoy. We missed most of the Sunday night music. The art work around the property is interesting. The wifi is good and no tv for distraction. I cannot complain about the place at all! Our stay was wonderful!

My husband and I just spent 4 days at CampV and it was so hard to leave - it had become home. The rhythm of the camp, the natural beauty, the design, the staff, the comfort, and the attention to every little detail is extraordinary. We stayed in a studio cabin and couldn't have felt cozier or more well looked after. The furnishings, the records, the kitchen - which has everything you need - the lovely bathroom, the front porch, the fire pit... everything was captivating and so beautifully conceived. Peace and tranquility and stars abounded - whether there were a few guests or whether the Camp was wonderfully full with a bike race.... We will always remember our stay and can't wait to come back - and a million thanks to everyone who looked after us so well!

Wow! This was one cool and unique experience for sure. I don't even know where to start. The young lady that manages the facility was awesome! The bath houses are the best I have ever seen at a campground, by far. The outdoor art scattered throughout the property was amazing. We had a full hookup site. That helped us manage the heat during the day. The CampV Lake was a great place to chill all Sunday. This was the kind of site you don't ever forget and for all the right reasons! I was sad to leave.

This place is awesome! My husband and I wanted to get out the city and stay somewhere quiet for a few days, and CampV was perfect for it. We came during the week, when there weren't any events happening, and there were very few people at the camp. We had a fun time walking around and exploring all the art on the property. The cabin we stayed in was very nice and we loved learning about the history of the place, too. We had such a great time that we are looking to come back in the future and plan to bring some friends with us.

Loved the weekend at CampV over the Labor Day holiday. The rustic environment with playful and creative art is so Burning Man! We brought our Eurovan, but it would also have been fun to stay in one of the cute little yurts as well. Composting toilets were really clean and fresh with good air flow. Loved the "Center Camp" feel at the entrance too. This would be a great getaway for a small group retreat or family gathering.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Camp V- Easy check in/ out process: All information was included within the welcome letter- Everyone we encountered working at Camp V , was friendly- The cabin was amazing and felt like a home away from home. Much better than a hotel. The touches the owners put into the cabin show they truly want the stay to be special.- Walked around Camp V and loved the design of the chapel- Although Camp V is off a main road we did not hear any street noiseHighly recommended!

Great place to stay. 4 stars because it s a bit much when things go wrong to not allow a cancellation inside 15 days, but, thankfully, we didn t have to go that route. Had a 2 bedroom cabin and was able to use the cabin (17?) and pitch a tent. I wish we could have spent more time there. Can t show you all our pictures because you need to come out and make you own memories!

We celebrated a birthday in a 2 bedroom CampV Cabin and made some amazing memories! The cabin was spacious and comfy. Delicious breakfast burritos delivered to our door in the morning (that we pre-ordered from a Farm-to-cabin menu.) Love the history and philosophy of Camp V. And the art!!! Oh my! Definitely take a stroll after dark and experience the art installations - not to mention the stars! Also, Camp Host Bree could not have been more gracious. Thanks, CampV! We'll be back for sure.

My family and I spent two nights at this super cool semi-luxurious semi-hippy glamping spot deep in the West End of San Miguel County. The cabins are totally dialed in with most modern conveniences, except for a TV thank goodness. For those on a lesser budget there are a host of other options from glamping tents to Airstream hookups and tent sites. The integration of art into the 120-acre property needs to be seen and experienced to fully understand the amazingness...sound baths, a prairie chapel, way bigger than life lighted dandelions, an arts and craft cabin and a Huckleberry Finn style pond, next to the San Miguel River. And hiking and biking trails galore with barely a soul around. The staff is uber nice and knows when to lend a hand. We will be back!

If you're in the neighborhood, and even if you are not, make a plan to stop at CampV. Simply put, it is awesome. Beautiful and cool design for the renovated cabins, warm and cozy, tons of space, art and nature. There's something special and unique about the space and place they've created, and you will be warmly welcomed. The hosts are super accommodating and helpful and will make you feel at home right off the bat. Highly recommend for a visit a vacation or an online yoga retreat, which I did there, and it was perfect. The wide open skies and the stars are the icing on the cake. Enjoy, and thanks!

Stayed here when it got to cold to camp in our tent...Nice place...I would rate 5 but there were so many flies in our cabin and they just kept coming we spent half our time killing flies one dove into my coffee in the morning...Other than that it was a cool place and despite the flies We'd probably visit again...it is supposed to be an art community vibe but literally no one talked to us and it felt like a group of friends who all knew eachother and we were intruding which is odd...but we just did our own thing and still enjoyed the cabin! Loved the records and espresso maker!!

What a wonderful weekend camping at Camp V. We put our tent up by the pond with a couple other families with young kids. Beautiful scenery and creative art installs. Camp hosts are WONDERFUL and so accommodating. They played a kids movie for a couple groups last night on the screen near the welcome bus and outdoor living room. Adults and kids loved fishing and catching lots of fish in the pond, canoeing, hiking up to the cabins, enjoying the relaxing river and soaking it all. We are already looking forward to our next adventure at Camp V. Thank you!

VERY unique stay! But a beautiful location and interesting art exhibits. They have yurts, tent spaces, RV spaces, and cabins to choose from. The owner was friendly and hosted a movie night in an outdoor theater as well as a gong concert. I think there was also a lake that had paddleboarding and swimming as well, down the hill and across the road. Definitely worth a stay if you're looking for something fun and unique!

We stayed 1 night in a glamping tent along the river and it was beautiful. The deck outside oir tent and the small cooking area made dinner and breakfast prep super easy. Two lawn chairs were provided and the bed and bedding were very comfortable (I should also mention this place is super clean, even the toilets were spotless). I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay, whether it be a pit stop on a road trip or a destination weekend. You will not be disappointed.

CampV was an oasis on the second leg of a 4 day bicycling tour. We rolled into camp exhausted and instantly felt at ease. We were able to cool down in the San Miguel River, wash up in the shower, use the awesome (and not smelly) modern composting vault toilets, and catch up with loved ones thanks to the free wifi. The owner/operator of CampV even donated some screws from her own bike shoes as I had lost mine earlier that day! After getting recommendations from the camp hosts we pedaled into Naturita and enjoyed a much-needed meal at a local burger joint. We returned to camp and purchased 2 bundles of fire wood and ended the night playing cards around a cozy fire before retiring to our tents.I can't say enough about how inviting the grounds and the staff at Camp V were during our stay. If you want to camp at a spot without being surrounded by giant RVs and super loud ATVs, this is the place for you!I will absolutely be back to CampV. This time it'll be on 4 wheels with my wife and my pup!

I had the best experience at CampV! I was leery from a stressful situation and needed a place to rest during a solo adventure. I had been camping for a few days and needed a break before heading home. I was just going to get a normal air b and b till I found this amazing spot! I decided to step up my camping game instead, stay in one of the glamping tents and sleep in a comfy bed. Natalie was so kind and welcoming, I felt so at home! She helped me so much when I ended up losing my car keys not too long after I landed there ha ha. I was initially going to stay for just one night but I was having so much fun I had to stay for three! There are tons of ponds and rivers to play and swim in. I even spotted a few fireflies!

We stopped for a night on our way to Canyonlands National Park. Things are bit on the rough side but you can tell they are working hard to get things up and running. This will be a place to watch. We camped in the river camp with our 5th wheel. They have plenty of room to accommodate rigs large and small.I was a touch on the expensive side for dry camping but I'm happy to support them and wish them well.

Wonderful venue and hosts at this eclectic and inviting property. The cabins are well-appointed and spaced-out. I attended the Gathering event here, which was also exceptional.

Everything one could imagine from a glamping experience, and more. The folks at V were great fun and everyone as helpful as possible. Will gladly return, again and again. If forced to choose one favorite thing, at least for my first V experience ( which is close to impossible to limit to a single element) it has to be the pond.Looking forward to a return visit."Thanks for the memories".
