Nate reached out to me on Facebook when I was looking to get my transmission looked at and fixed. He was very nice, and trustworthy. It was a quick fix. They squeezed me in as a walk-in, and got my transmission looked at, ordered and got the parts delivered, and fixed it all within 2.5 hours! I could tell they were busy on top of it all. The staff was really nice as well! Definitely will be recommending, and returning.Service: Transmission

My truck broke down in a campsite in Cameo, Colorado. Nate came down on Labor Day weekend, on a Saturday, in the heat to fix a Water pump and belt. He was awesome, very nice, and the service was done quick and easy. I would rely on them to fix anything, anywhere. Thank you so much Nate for all your hard work. You re the best. Great customer service. Very respectful. Thank you, we appreciate you for everything you did on our truck! If 6 stars was available, I would ve given them 6 stars.

Joe does a great job. Listened to what our issues were with our equipment, let us know how long he thought it'll be for repair time, calls with what he found and got it done before the estimated time. Our riding mower ran better then it did after the last repair shop we took it to. Thank you so much!

Had an issue with my riding mower loosing power under load. I picked it up yesterday, mowed and it operated as it should.Joe did a good job identifying a couple of causes and fixing them. As it wasn't a single issue it took some detective work and mechanic savvy.Hopefully it'll run for another 15 years.Service: Lawn mower tune-up & repair

Absolutely the best. Honest, kind, considerate, and hard working.I live in California and, on a many thousand mile trip to help a friend move, Wrench Worx went above and beyond in every possible way and I can not appreciate them enough.The vehicle was in pretty bad shape in the first place but my friend had already bought it. They didn't just replace the water pump/power steering belt that had issues, but they also repaired the AC and topped up the oil and coolant issues that were not brought up or discussed, and all in a very quick manner. We were able to leave the same day.I wish I could comment on the price but it was a disservice to them and I believe they deserved more for that quality of work and customer service.I don't say that they're the best to exaggerate or anything of the sort, but they are the best.Services: A/C system maintenance, Air & cabin filter replacement, A/C system repair, Steering & suspension repair, Thermostat repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

Professional & kind great customer service. Easy to get ahold of on the phone. They replaced the thermostat and the check engine light went off! They also gave me a ride to my place of employment (also in Fruita) so I didn t have to wait and miss work. They even let me pay by phone and delivered my car to me. Such a positive experience! Much better than where I used to go. I ve already referred my coworkers and I plan to go there for routine maintenance as well. Very happy!!!Service: Thermostat repair

These guys are amazing! They helped us out of a really bad situation where we had a coolant leak that left us stranded. The owner came out and towed our vehicle to his shop, got it fixed and delivered it back to us. They even met us with some things that we left in the truck while they worked on it! I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them for anything. They fix my trucks, lawnmowers anything that doesn t run and should! Keep up there great work guys!Service: Engine repair

Great guys. Checked our car, fixed the serpentine belt, added freon, and got our car running smoothly with no issues. Definitely recommend these guys if something crazy like your car having issues after driving over 2600 miles straight nonstop happens to you. Thanks guys great service! And it wasn't expensive either. Very reasonable

This is an exceptional team. They kept me posted along the way and when another issue was found they let me know what it was and the approximate cost. (The issue was related to the 1st one). I appreciate their honesty, integrity, and efficiency. If I ever have another issue with my VW...they are my only call. I m a 72 year old widow. My knowledge of mechanical issues is very limited and if I had gone to an unscrupulous business I could easily have been taken advantage of. Everyone of the several employees I was in contact with were honest, helpful, and kind. My work was completed quickly and well. Shiloh and Dustin kept me informed every step of the way. We ve been using Wrench Worx since we moved to the area 2 years ago. We won t use anyone else. I consider Nate a friend and his staff goes above and beyond to explain the work recommended and what was done. We recently took a vintage scooter to them and Jim took care of that scooter like it was his own. My truck randomly wouldn't start and we towed it to Wrench Worx because it was the closest shop we could find. It was after hours so I dropped the key and left the intake paperwork for them. When they went to look at it, it started up fine and they weren't able to recreate the issue. They spent a lot of time trying to recreate the problem but only charged me a very reasonable diagnostic fee. When I picked it up, they told me if anything remotely weird happens to bring it straight back. I've only ever heard good things about this shop, and my truck is in fact running well now, so I'm very happy with their service.

RV generator required major work - carb, fuel pump & filter. All needed work was explained ahead of time w/pricing. Joe completely tested the system and generator - and met me when I picked it up to go over the work and recommended maintenance procedure to keep it in shape! I went to Wrench Worx because I have a vehicle that is difficult to align, and I wanted a shop that would do it right. Some shops either don't know what they are doing or just can't be bothered. I talked to Dustin, the alignment guy, and told him what problems I was having and what I was looking for. It took them a few hours but that's because they were taking the time to do the job correctly. Price was very fair. Now it drives great!Service: Wheel alignment

We went to Nate to fix our spare tire on our vacation trailer, which was hanging at a dangerous angle near the ground. Nate fixed it right up, said it only needed to be tightened (but we could not get it to tighten, lol) and sent us on our way. If anyone needs something fixed, Nate will take care of it. He certainly put our minds at ease. We have now gone through Utah, Idaho and Montana and it is still holding fast. Thank you, Nate.

We had an emergency - our trailer's electric brake totally failed coming out of Utah. Destroyed the entire hub/brake assembly. They fit us in that day, replaced the total hub assembly, repaired a second brake system, and repacked all 4 wheel bearings - 'all in 5 hours'. And they had to order / fetch the parts. Wow!! I found Nate and his crew after our motor home broke down on the entrance ramp of the freeway. Nate was willing and ready to do whatever it took to get us back on the road that same evening, even though due to parts availability he was unable to get us going that night Nate and his crew went above and beyond to make our stay in Fruita great. Excellent service! A huge thank you to Nate for finding us 2 tires to put on our 5th wheel trailer on a Saturday afternoon as we sat broken down on I-70 in Colorado near the Utah border. Also, to Kevin for EVERYTHING he did to get us back on the road again. We have no idea what we would have done without both Nate and Kevin. Thank you for your professionalism and your kindness.

They put in a new motor on my 40 foot A class RV. This was a huge job. In addition the also did a brake job. I talked to ever shop within 200 miles. Hands down these guys are the only choice. I very rarely if ever post reviews but they really deserve it! I can t say enough good things about them.Thanks Wrench Worx s!

Professional and fast services!! I had a call into AAA roadside service for help, I called Wrench Worx looking for the battery I needed....they were able to respond before AAA!Nate was to my location within 10 minutes. My battery wouldn't hold a charge, so Nate left and returned within 15 min and I was on the road!! Fast and friendly, highly recommendable!!

Very polite and friendly staff but, after receiving my quote from them for work needing done to my vehicle it became clear they charge double for labor and triple the price in parts. Called around and got the work done for HALF of what they wanted to charge me and other shops made it clear that there was no way what need done could cost so much. Great staff, over priced.

I brought a leaf blower in that wouldn t start. Joe cleaned and replaced the necessary parts and gave me advice on how to keep it running better. Next I brought in a pressure washer snd he cleaned the carburetor and told me to use different gas to keep it clean. He took time to help me in future maintenance. Thank you very much.
