The staff over at ABC Auto Care is excellent. I brought my car in for a repair after taking it to the service department of a local dealership and being told I'd have to replace an additional part if I wanted the repair done. Anders at ABC not only quoted me a fair price, but they were able to do the repair without having to do replace the additional part. They also offered a courtesy inspection and kept me well informed on what was happening with my car. I was in town only for work but I'd consider driving back here if I needed more work on my car. It was a great experience all around.

ABC Auto Care did a great job replacing out AC Compressor. Leanna did a great job setting the appointment. Issac in the office was up front, kind and helpful in overseeing my vehicle. Isaiah the service technician was nice and knowledgeable. It was great that they offer rides home too!

We had an AC issue with time constraints and Liana was extremely helpful and considerate of our situation! Unfortunately we needed a fairly complete rebuild and they were able to get all the parts required over the weekend and managed to have the car ready by early Monday afternoon. Amazing people, so easy to work with! 10 stars

Anders was my Service Agent Who outlined the various service items needed to keep my car in top running condition. I d like the fact that they took pictures and educated me on things that needed to be fixed and the reason why. I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge at ABC, AUTO CARE. I would definitely use them again

This is my second time visiting this location for service with two different vehicles. I have to say I m always very satisfied with my experiences here. I ve had Issac as my service rep and he s been phenomenal, always courteous and straight forward with making sure I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle and highlighting necessary services to keep my car running in top shape. He never pushes any additional unnecessary extras and has a kind and uplifting attitude. I ll be recommending this place to anyone seeking service on their vehicles especially European cars.

I feel lucky to have found this place, they went out of their way to make sure I was good to go for a trip I had coming up very soon! They also gave me a loaner car so I could get my errands done before I went out of town. They gave me detailed inspection information that included pictures so I knew what they were talking about, and quoted me extremely fair prices.

I've known Lee for a few years now; took my car in to get radio display screen repaired; though it took a few trips, at the end, I was thrilled with the results. Amazing team here at ABC Auto Care. Isaac was so wonderful and kept reassuring me they'll get the job done - and they did! Great staff overall and I adore Lee, he's like a father figure. Appreciate every effort, thank you so much!!

ABC Auto Care are actually HEART TRANSPLANT SPECIALIST. Lead surgeon Gilbert led the team of Lee & Anders in the patient process of removing a ceased motor and replacing it with an awesome donor motor! I purchased a 2015 Range Rover Sport with a ceased engine for $9,000. After brainstorming with Lee & Anders we decided to "do the surgery". The Rover has a brand new heart beat and my wife and I just returned to the Bay Area without any issues. I actually picked the vehicle up when the shop opened... drove it home and packed for the trip. That's how confident I am in Lee, Anders & Gilbert for their meticulous patients, knowledge & integrity. Hi 5 & a hug you guys! I live my "new" Rover.

Isaac was the one who took care of me when i went, he was very nice and find a time to inspect my car, he made time for it. Him and Solomon gave me a ride to my place and back to the shop when my car was ready. He reassured me about what i was suspected might be the issue with my car, he didn't just go along with it just to make business but make a list of the deferral services i will need in the future...i mostly don't post out reviews but i went there because of a review i read so hopefully mine will help someone too decide!!!thank you very much!

After taking my car to a few different spots and dropping some money, I finally found ABC. They fixed exactly what I needed and then some! Very informative as the process went along and tons of details about all the work done. Extremely reasonable price. Thanks to the whole team and extra shout out to Anders!

Was the only repair shop that could fix the bump steer on our Lexus. The dealership couldn't figure it out but Anders and his team took care of it. Expensive but worth it.

The team at ABC is top notch, first rate, the cat s meow, the bees knees, the A-team, the groove-crew, and, just all-around good folks. A visit to ABC is by no means free, but upon paying, you never feel like you ve been put through the dealer-wringer. These people are on your side and want your transportation to be reliable and long-lived.Appointments are easy to make and treated with great respect to your time.It s only fitting that ABC are the 1st three, and arguably the most important three letters in our alphabet.

Awesome shop!!! Ms. Liana, Mr. Anders (I apologize if I spelled your names wrong) and staff were very professional and super helpful. They kept me updated on everything that was going on with my car. I would definitely recommend and definitely going back there for future maintenance of my vehicle. Thank you all so much

I am new in the area and was so delighted to find ABC auto care. I had gotten an oil change and was informed I had a coolant leak which made me very nervous. ABC auto care was able to get me in the very next day at 8 o clock in the morning I was very pleased with her friendly, welcoming, waiting area, complete with fresh coffee and friendly staff. I was even offered a ride home, and the same kind of gentleman picked me up when my car was ready. What service! I had to have a water pump replaced. Their service is guaranteed and I m so happy to have a great mechanic service close by that I can really count on. Thank you ABC auto care! Sincerely, Karin westjohn

They always take care of my wifes 2005 honda pilot when repairs need to be made, they dont price gouge and do a quality diagnosis and repair at a reasonable price! I would recommend them!

Excellent communication working with Anders. Work has always been completed in a timely way which has made me a repeat customer for both our cars. I recently had a part under warranty fail and it was immediately replaced without charge. Their prices and work are reasonable and honest. Great experience called morning of and Issac got me right in! Alternator and battery replace! Phenomenal service by whole team! Got a ride home and back to car! Best service in the state of CA 36 years of business means they are legit and do a wonderful job. They have my business from now on! 5 star should be 10 star! So happy with service! I had been looking for a mechanic to do some work on my Acura NSX. I was fortunate to find Lee and his great team at ABC Auto Care. They did a terrific job and were very happy to go the extra mile to go above and beyond. Isaac was extremely helpful. I brought my car in with a CarMax warranty and Isaac made sure my car was fixed in a timely manner and the work was impeccable. I will be bringing every car to ABC, on warranty or not.

Excellent service! They did their usual fast detective work on my truck and got it back to me when promised. Free inspection lets me know what other stuff i need to think about doing. Excellent service.

I called in today to get a quote on something the dealership said needed to be done. They told me to bring my car on by so they could look at it. They were very helpful and looked into the situation more to try to help me save on the cost of the repair. I will definitely be going back!

Paid $1,200 to figure out why my air conditioner didn t want to work and they couldn t figure it out but they figured out how much to charge me and didn t fix it. Sad I work two jobs and needed the air conditioner for my 2nd job. They should have just said it can t be fixed and save me the $1000.

Amazing customer service. They make it very easy and convenient to take your car in to the shop. They even offer transportation services to make it easier on you. They even texted me a breakdown of everything they had done on my car. Highly recommended checking them out if you need to get your car serviced.

The service manager Anders and the team at ABC have always provided honest and reliable feedback on my automotive issues. Where other shops have glossed over important details and only left me with the impression that they've done a good job, ABC has provided a much more thorough explanation of what is needed and why. They are a busy shop due to the high demand on their top notch services, but it is worth the wait to have such a trustworthy business partner when it comes to the importance of having a reliable vehicle on the California roadways.

I had my car checked out at this shop, I decided not to get the work done at this place; this was last year but I recall communication was not the best; I had to call and ask for updates, and the guy I was dealing with was behaving as if fixing my car was such a chore, even blamed me for not taking care of my car . I was quoted at close to $2000 and decided to take my money else where This shop made a negative report to carfax and I don t see why this was necessary? So I m leaving the shop a review
