Friendly staff that got the repairs completed within their timeline. I had rear ended someone and damaged my hood bumper front side panel. All the components were replaced. Overall it looks great. There is s slight gap between the hood and driver side headlight but nothing to complain

While on the freeway, my car was severely damaged by another car that lost its tire. My insurance company recommended Caliber and I took my car there right away.Within minutes I had a preliminary quote identifying some damage that I had not seen. Systems that affected each other like the seat belt restraints, airbag deployments, safety system computers, etc were also identified needing replacement. The agent was very knowledgeable about getting things done and had contacts ready to deal with EV systems they were not as familiar with. Due to a strike, my parts were delayed and Caliber called me 2 times a week to keep me updated.When I got my car back, they accepted my rental so I wouldn't have to make the extra trip to return it. My car looked almost new again and freshly washed. My only minor complaint would be they just left the floor protection paper and old parts in the back. If I had said something, i'm sure they would have taken care of it, but I was ready to get back in my car and go.The employees were very cordial offering water, coffee while I completed the paperwork process.This is one of the best support experiences I've had dealing with a repair facility. Getting into a car accident is a horrible experience but when you end up at caliber collision, it doesn t seem as bad. I m not sure what made me feel so comfortable about them. Could have been Juan s calming tone or the positive vibe I felt from the staff. I have never had an experience like I did with them. I never had to call for updates. They kept me fully aware of what was going on every step of the way.Being a manager myself, I expect my employees to give nothing but the best in customer service. Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. My car looks amazing and I will recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs car repairs.Thank you Caliber Collision. This is by far the worst body shop I have ever been! You will regret coming here.This is in-network body shop that statefarm gave me. I came in for a repair. I was told the car is going to finish in 5 weeks. It's week 12 now, I just picked up my unpainted part. the car is still not finished. I have to find another shop to complete the repair and correct their mistake.I thought they at least would do a good job since it took this long. I got the car back at week 10. I was in shock, the car is in 2 different color. Tony told me very confidently they done an alignment. The car was pulling to one side. Another shop put the car on the alignment machine. The car is not steering straight, 3 wheels are straight and 1 wheel has 4 degree camber. After I show them the correction. They told me the guy did the alignment is new. I paid out of pocket for the alignment 2 weeks ago and still not received a check they promised me for reimbursement.They told me "your car is gonna be ready next week" for 5 weeks straight. Excellent service. My car was towed same day of accident. I had an estimate of repairs and cost as well as time of completion. It was spot on. My vehicle was delivered to my home in perfect condition. Appreciated the text updates throughout the process. This was an insurance repair. Had a drip line and after a year the bondo finally dried and produced cracks. Never going use this shop again.

I have only good things to say about Caliber Collision. Mine was an insurance claim for body work.. They made my vehicle look brand new, the work was delivered when promised, and I loved the text updates on the progress of the work. They handled all the insurance paperwork, which was nice. I'm very surprised this shop has such a high rating.After arriving at the shop with my girlfriend to pick up her car. We walked out to inspect the back bumper cover which they replaced and painted. The bumper cover does not match the rest of the paint on the car at all. See photos it's plainly a totally different color white it's not even pearly. They told us that plastic will never match body color paint. And yet all of the other plastic panels on the car match it only looks different when they are angled. But the paint matches. There was also over spray and runs all over the lower Valance overspray on the exhaust as well. Let's hope they fix it properly, I would think twice before taking your car here.

Someone broke into my car and messed up the lock and handle pretty bad. Caliber is less than a mile from my house, so I took it to them. Great decision. Excellent customer service. They had the parts in and ready on a Thursday and my car back to normal the next afternoon, all cleaned up and looking great. They were on top of updates the whole time. Amazing service, was done on time, work was excellent and they were very professional! Very accommodating, they gave me a lift home after I dropped off my car and even accepted my rental for enterprise when I came to pick up my car. They saved me an extra trip in trying to pick up my car plus trying to return the rental by myself. During the time they had my car they even sent me text updates every day on the progress. When I got my car back I didn't even recognize it, it looked brand new. I would definitely go back there in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision took good care of me and my truck. They left it looking like brand new again. Their customer service was amazing and answered any questions I had. They finished my truck sooner than promised. They even threw in a hub cap that I had missing prior to the accident. I definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anybody and everybody. Tony and his crew are amazing! Got a dent in the rear door and back panel. Tony handled everything with the insurance company and got it fixed up in less than a week! I was very pleased with the service and all communications throughout the process. I thanked him and walked away happy. When I got back in the car I realized it was also thoroughly detailed inside and out which was a nice unexpected surprise! Looks and smells like a brand new car! I was rear ended in the freeway and even if the damage to my car was minimal, it caused me so much anxiety. Caliber Collision helped ease that anxiety away by making sure I was informed of each an every update they have on my car especially Orly. Was assigned Orley Garcia by my insurance but despite there being a delay in body work overall great shop. Had to drop off the car about a week before thanksgiving and to my surprise got it back quicker than I thought.Thank you again for saving my old British number plate! Caliber & Orley are absolutely phenomenal!Orley kept in constant communication with me throughout the process. He explained everything along the way and in terms I understood. Orley answered my many questions thoroughly and with a smile. He is professional, friendly, easy to talk to, always available, and an outstanding employee. I appreciate him so much! My car needed body work recently on my Chevy Bolt and could not have been more pleased and satisfied with Caliber Collision located in Tujunga. They were extremely knowledgeable of what needed to be done to bring my car back up to spec. They also made sure the there were no alignment issues as well. Tony at Caliber was great in his constant updates and communications regarding my car. The car was returned within the estimated time frame and everything was perfect. The body work was perfect, like new. I was completely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them if body work is required.

This is the second time I've been here, and it's been a pleasure to do business with them both times. They do excellent work and had my car ready before the estimated finish time. They also shuttled me to and from the car rental location. Hopefully I won't need an auto shop again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to go back.

I brought my car here on April 5th, 2019 to get a replacement rear bumper for my 2004 Toyota Camry. Caliber Collision replaced the bumper and painted it the same shade of white as the rest of the car and I paid them roughly $1000. Only about 2 years later, the paint started peeling off of the back of the bumper. Because I moved away, it took me some time to get back in touch with Caliber Collision, but when I did in early April 2022, they informed me that my paint comes with a lifetime warranty and that they'd fix it for me. So I dropped my car off on a Monday and got it back Wednesday and it looks terrific. I've only had it a few days so I don't know yet if I'll run into a similar problem in the future, but I appreciate that Caliber Collision acknowledged the issue and was willing to stand by their products and fix the problem rather than giving me the runaround. Because of that, I'll be happy to work with them again in the future and I will recommend them to people I know.

Javier was very helpful and was an overall joy to work with considering the circumstances of me having just been in an accident, and then the final estimation that my car was a "total loss". When I went in to get my belongings out of the car, he took the time to explain all the details of damages we had not seen during the initial walkthrough when I brought the car in. I would 100% recommend Caliber to anyone based on their professionalism and service.
