Updated: John was super helpful and knowledgeable about the storage unit. He helped me get in and out with the paperwork, because I had my kids with me. Overall great experience. He is super on top of things and does a very well job! We had too much stuff for the original unit I chose. John helped us transition to a larger unit and made it very easy. Upon moving out, we took our things and didn t have do to anything else. John was able to provide closing out the unit all through email which was nice due our busy schedule. Thanks John!

John is very friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and helpful through the whole process from first contact to move in. He helped identify our needs and alerted us as soon as an appropriate space came available. The contract process was quick and easy. The access and site tour was thorough. The property is perfectly clean and maintained.

John was very accommodating in showing the available units and placing a hold on the unit we were interested in. The renting process has been very easy and smooth.John was very communicative throughout our renting period and kept us in the know of what was happening with rates or needed documentation.The location is great and easy to get to.

This review is LONG overdue. John at the Tahoe Vista location has been nothing short of amazing. My family has had multiple units between the three of us over the last couple years and through several stressful moves and remodels. John has always made the not-so-fun process of loading and unloading a storage unit seem a lot less stressful. He is kind, respectful, understanding, professional and helpful. Thank you John! Fantastic service. John was totally welcoming and on point when it came to showing me the unit and closing the deal. Really easy process and lucky to get a unit in such a convenient spot. Call them up and ask about the features if there s any availability, you ll be happy you did.

I have been a renter at StorQuest for 12+ years. I believe Storquest is the third owner/manager I have been with during that time. Storquest runs a tight ship. It's clean, convenient and well taken care of by John. John couldn't be a better fit for the position he is in. He takes care of the customers and the property with a smile on his face, every time! I cannot recommend this place enough!

It was so easy to rent the unit online. The check in was fast and easy. Super friendly and thorough customer service at check in. Very clean and updated facility. John was amazing.

Two weeks before my moving date from Kings Beach to Tahoma in Lake Tahoe, late in the evening, I realized it would make the transition much smoother if I could store boxes of nonessential items while I get settled.I could then be more organized with setting up my new apartment and take the time to bring those belongings over as needed.I discovered the Tahoe Vista StoreQuest was located between these two locations and called the phone number on their website which claimed they provided 24/7 customer service.TBH, did not expect a human to answer, however, much to my surprise, Nick answered asking how can he assist.Nick was amazing in his professional, knowledgeable, and friendly offer of reserving the last available sized storage unit I was requesting and assuring me the on site manager would be in contact with me the next day to follow through.The next day, John, the on site manager, and I had a game of phone tag as I was extremely busy at work every time he would attempt to return my calls.Thanks to John's obvious commitment to not only excellent customer service but taking the extra step to accommodate my busy schedule, I was able to stop by the facility on my way home from work.John, who btw, is just a genuinely, lovely, kind personGave me a full tour and explanation of the storage building and the specific unit I was interested in.I have utilized storage facilities in the Lake Tahoe region a few times of my residing in the basin for over 30 years.This tucked away little gem is the MOST unexpectedly hi-tech, modern design, (has a service elevator), impeccably maintained storage site that I have come across anywhere around the Lake.AND, John, who is the sole Tahoe Vista location manager, is just the most truly delightful (yet efficient and professional) person that I am most grateful for having the opportunity and pleasure of assisting me with my moving process.Thank you both John and Nick!!!

I've had two different rental situations at StorQuest in Tahoe Vista recently. John has been very accommodating & super nice. I so appreciate that these days! Property is clean, safe, & secure!

John gladly gave me a tour, was knowledgeable, friendly and made leasing easier than I expected. The unit I got is perfect for storing the items I don't need daily. There are plenty of security cameras, the site is clean and I'm totally comfortable leaving my extra stuff there.

Great facility, very accessible, and excellent customer service. I had a question about my final bill and John quickly responded to my email. We visited our storage unit several times (in the process of moving/downsizing), and there was always parking and equipment available to transfer our boxes to and from our car to our unit.

Initial contact was with Kejo in the phone. She was friendly, helpful & professional. Met John at the site to get pass code & sign paperwork. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Glad we made the choice to store our stuff here.

Awesome experience with the team at StorQuest Express! After initially booking a spot to store my small RV through the online service, I was informed that the location and rate were only valid for boat parking and wouldn't work for my rig. Instead of sending me away, the team was incredibly helpful in arranging a different (better) spot for my trailer on-site and even went so far as to match the lower online rate due to the system error. The grounds are impeccably clean and Brandee in the office is wonderful to work with. Highly recommend for anyone in the North Tahoe area!!

John, the manager, is really helpful and professional. He went out of his way to help us directly, was super nice and patient over the phone to understand what we were storing, and now we have the best storage place at the best location - a clean, safe and secure storage only a couple of blocks from the lake. Highly recommend!

Best experience I've ever had from a storage facility. Quick, no hassles. John called the week prior to check in just to touch base and see if I needed anything. He even went out of his way to check for moving trucks in the area. I also needed to get a different unit, and he accommodated me without any issues. I highly recommend this storquest.

I would rate the StoreQuest at North Tahoe a five star due to cleanliness of the building, access to hand trucks, ladders and dollies and just the overall service that I was provided by John. Although I no longer need the services because I moved into a new place, I would definitely recommend them to a friend in the future.

Recenttly Mr Randall phoned me to inform me that the insurance on my storage unit had expired. The documents he required were in my home in Hawaii, I have been under hospital care in Cleveland for the last eighteen months and had no ability to provide the necessary information. Mr Randall was most understanding and immediately created a solution for me. In coming up with the program and in his communication with me he was most helpful, courteous and solicitous.. It was a pleasure to communicate with him and to know that everything is in good hands. It is a delight to deal with employees like mr Randall.Hans Franke

I left a negative review regarding absentee ownership and can t figure out how to delete so wanted to let people know the owner called me the following day to help correct the problem and sounds like it was a snafu with the call center. It was a long day hauling things upstairs, but the business did what they could to correct. In any case, I retract my review

The Manager, John has been very helpful and knowledgeable. It is so rare these days to get a live human to resolve questions. It is even rarer to get someone as helpful as John.
