These people will tell you anything they think you want to hear... Have taken my car in twice for AC problems and it's still blowing hot air... Wouldn't go back if they paid me. They broke a hose and made me pay for it... Their mechanics and owner suck!

They were to check my hard shifting transmission and my heater...they fixed nothing in fact my car makes a terrible noise and my glove box is broken. They say they didn't touch it but you can clearly see they did and it wasn't broken when I took it in!They said my transmission shifted hard (duhhh) and they were sure there was internal damage but didn't know what or how to work on it! This place is awful..I won't even argue with them I will just never ever go back!! Charged me 126.00 for absolutely nothing!

Messenger Automotive performs all of my service and repair needs. They are very thorough, and I've never had an issue with any of the services or repairs they have performed.

They fixed me up quickly and their prices are fair. So far I am happy with the repair. Note: make sure to schedule your maintenance/repairs as soon as you can. Since they are good at what they do, there can be a small wait to get in.

There isn't a single mechanic i trust more in Kern County. Billy and his team are extremely time efficient, thorough, and wallet friendly. I would strongly recommend seeing them first for all your automotive needs.

Great shop will always come here for my work on my car. The have always fixed my car and let me know the issues that are wrong with it. Resently Big Brand Tire company tired rip me off and make me spend money i didnt need to. Took it to messenge automotive to have the suposed issues fixed but they called me back and asked y i wanted to change parts that where perfectly fine. So not only was Big Brand Tire trying to rip me off for parts i didnt need they also refused to align my car. Messenger has great service and has never tired to rip me off. I am so thankful for them, without them id be paying for stuff i didnt need.

WARNING!!!!! I am so disappointed in this shop. They have let me down for the last time. I had work done there on a few occasions and every time I've called, the price always hovers around $300 plus. This time they quoted me $200 for a job and when I went to book the repairs, they doubled the price and told me "that's to bad, if you want it done you pay this price or call another shop". BAD BUSINESS!!! I would give them a negative rating, but it's not available. BBB should be called, that's thievery. FOR SHAME!!!
