We encountered a tiny issue with the car and Peter patiently helped us out. They have many customers dropping by during the day, yet we didn t wait too long to have our car checked and fixed. And the charge is very reasonable. Definitely recommend this place!

I trust them! They are honest and have reasonable prices. They will even talk you out of doing something if the repair or modification you want to make is not cost effective. I have been coming here for more than 10 years, and the friend who recommended me this place has been coming here even longer. If it s up to me, I will always bring my cars to be serviced here. Thank you so much for taking good care of my cars.

I have been coming here over 30 years! I moved pretty far and any major repairs and tuneup I still come here as much as I possibly can. If I need a tow or my now grown children do We definitely tow here. Freeman is the most honest trustworthy person you could meet. They will never up sell or do unnecessary work. The work is fast and good. I ve never had to return to recheck any of their work. They are excellent and extremely affordable, very fair pricing.Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Auto interior vacuuming, Battery, Oil change

They do good work. The price are supposedly fair. The prices went up. For brakes. It's $160 for the front..$160 for the back. Oil change for synthetic is $70.

I've been going to Upstar on and off for more tha 30 years. The only times in my life when I didn't use Upstar as my primary mechanic was the times I moved out of the area. Other than that, I will only use Upstar. Freeman is an extremely honest mechanic. Their prices are competitive and oftentimes below many other estimates. There are several mechanics working at this shop and they work hard at getting your car back to you quickly. I highly recommend Upstar Auto!

These boys are the shizee!! Very professional and nice. Clean and quick! Pretty much only do oil changes but when something else needed repair, they were honest and reasonable. I recommend this place! Freeman the owner is the best! Tell it like it is!

I have been coming to Upstar Auto for about 6 years. They are some of the most honest auto repair shops out there. The reason is simple. They take good care of customers' car by repairing their cars promptly and professionally.The owner Freeman is a great guy, and he's always very busy. I second the opinion of Jim that Freeman is so busy there's usually no time to chit chat. On certain days if you're lucky, Freeman will educate customers with his abundant knowledge and extensive experience on cars and machines when he's got time to spare. Otherwise he'll just focus on the problem you have and give you intelligent answers that's right on the mark.I bring all 3 of our family cars to Upstar Auto, a place I know I can trust. Parts prices are always better than general market prices and labor costs (very professional though) are a fraction of what dealers would charge. It's a rare and precious trait that Freeman wouldn't want you to waste money on repairs that aren't up to schedule or unnecessary.Upstar is honest and very straight forward. They want to help you solve your automobile problems efficiently: time and money alike.

My family and I have had our vehicles serviced here since 1990 and has always received stellar service. The mechanics here know what they are doing and most importantly, they are honest about their work. The prices are fair and the work is excellent!

This guy is my mom's homie since gas was 80 cents. It is hard to find a good mechanic. Most of the ones my friends have experienced go something like this... They go in for 1 problem, and then a week later, they have to go in for another problem, and this cycle goes on. I swear it is from the mechanics sabotaging their cars! But you won't have this problem here at Upstar. I trust that they'll not only give me the best price, but provide the best service for my car. They also have free goodies and free coupons if you're a continuous customer :)I've been here in the past for everything.. ranging from an oil change, a synthetic oil change, tire change, a water tank replacement, a full car check to make sure everything is good etc. Whatever you need, this is your man!I suggest walking to the Square supermarket and perusing around if you have to wait there for long!

My family has been taking our cars here for years, freeman, manager has always been very honest. They will never cheat you and prices are lower then any other place. I recommend to anyone.

I use this shop without worry. Freeman, the guy who runs the place, is a very busy guy so don't expect any chit chat. I have two older American cars that need a fair amount of attention. I only take my cars to this shop. Are they the cheapest? I don't even care. I just know that they don't lie to me or try and cheat me. I give Freeman and his shop my highest recommendation.

I took my car in for some reason I can't remember and they also did an oil change but I had only the money for the initial repair and didn't charge me for the oil change.i was skeptical about them up into that point.they also do great work .I won't go anywhere else now

The owner there sold me a white toyota camry 2009. He told me the engine is good. 2 months later my mechanic told me who ever sold you this car sold you a no good engine no good ...to get rid of it.
