Shopping for a car is never an experience you look forward to. Researching and test driving vehicles is great until you begin negotiating a price. DCH Audi Oxnard knocked it out of the park. Was able to get an amazing deal on an Audi Q8. Their price was much better thank all the other major Audi dealers by far. A special thanks to my finance manager Frank for getting me an additional rebate from Audi which was an added bonus to the already great deal we got. Go check out team DCH Audi for a great shopping experience.

I live closer to other Audi dealerships but I chose to come here. Everyone here is really welcoming. The service gets done quickly. Everyone is professional and they treat your car with care. Waiting room is comfortable and has a great coffee machine. It is worth the drive for me to bring my car here and have the confidence that the job will get done with care. The service department at DCH Audi Oxnard is fantastic. Bill has been taking care of me and my Audis for many years and he always does his best to find solutions to both logistical and scheduling issues. Their new video review of the service is cool too. Very informative. I used to service my Audi somewhere else and switched to DCH because I like working with them so much better.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

The ease of making the appointment begins with the service receptionist. She is efficient and puts me on the calendar the next day. I roll in at my appointment time and am greeted with a smile and an offer to get some coffee. The paperwork is all ready, William (I call him Bill ) makes sure he has all the information he needs and my car is taken into the hero mechanic, Jesus Garcia! I can t say enough good things about Audi of Oxnard s mechanics team. Beyond excellent, informative and professional. Even finance manager Heather spent time with me to go over extended warranty options. The Audi Oxnard team is exceptional. I drove up for my oil change service and they greeted me with a smile right away. I asked how long the service would be, they said about 3hours. Gentleman said, probably around 12n, unfortunately my car wasn t ready until 1pm, took a little longer then planned. But that s my only complaint out of the whole service experience. They asked me if I needed ride service. I politely declined, which was really nice to have service incase if not having transportation. After service experience sent me a video of everything the service covered, which I really like the most, to know exactly what they did and inspected for when having a service. Jaime is by far one of the most professional, caring, helpful and service repairs maintenance representatives I have dealt with in the DCH Oxnard Audi Dealership. He is thorough with all aspects of car repairs and does not try to up sale any additional cost. I don t mind driving past the other Audi dealership to receive quality service from DCH Audi Oxnard. I always receive excellent service on my 2005 Audi at this dealership. I appreciate their attention to details, as they always complete an inspection on the car and give me a report on anything that needs immediate attention or will in the near future. All the repairs or maintenance work is performed perfectly and they are very good at keeping me updated on how it s going. I highly recommend DCH Audi of Oxnard. My Q3 Audi had an issue with the child-safety door locks. Really rare that I have kids in the car anyway, but Audi includes them as stock. A few months ago the sensor went off on them and it seems as though they've upgraded the locks and the sensor. Jaime ordered them and it took a few months to get here. I'm guessing it's cause they're new and all the new cars get them before the dealers. Anyway, they finally arrived and I setup an appt. with Jaime for the work. None of us thought it would take long, but it ended up needing to be at Audi most of the day.. Jaime got me a loaner which was Great (a 2022 Q-s5)! These guys are Great! Every time I go there (which isn't that often) They treat me like a prince!Thanks for the Great Service!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This was my first experience with DCH Audi Oxnard. Very please with my visit, no complaints. 40k mile service was performed, wheel alignment, battery recalls were addressed and they even found time to replace some window motor regulators I was having issues with. Everything about this experience was amazing and always is at Oxnard audi. They quickly got me an appt scheduled when I called about my car and the service light that was on. They found the root issue of the problem and kept me updated; the last time I took it in (to a different audi location because of where I was when the issue arose) they kept my car a full week and yet did not find or resolve the issue. They were accommodating in providing transportation and lending me an audi to drive until my car was ready and the turn around time in fixing my car was on point. Got 70k maintenance package. Cost me nearly $400 for an oil change, inspection, and fluids top off . I wouldn t be too upset if the inspection actually provided legit problems. I was quoted $600 for a washer tank replacement that has nothing wrong with it. Only reason I went there is bc i didn t have time to do the work myself. Informed tech that i has a slow leak with one of my tires but no problem was found. Turns out there sa nail embedded in the threads. What am I paying these crazy fees for? It s hard to recommend this place when their techs don t do their job.

Friendly and awesome customer service! Bought our car from there, but took to to another mechanic for oil change. Resulted in having to go back to the dealer because they over filled the oil; Audi didn t charge us. Really not satisfied..it was a ripped off.I have always used Audi to take care my car. There is a $100 difference between the Audi dealer within 50 miles for the same service. They have charged me for an oil change and tire rotation $289 and I usually pay $160. Definitely will not go there anymore.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change
