Wagner RV took amazing care of me,and the pace arrow.The owner Mr Wagner was very accommodating, keeping me posted when parts were taking a while to arrive.Stan was wonderful actually meeting me up in my town twice to drive the rv down a steep grade because the brakes were wonkyCowboy got everything fixed 100% ,and explained everything along the way.I am new to rv life and these gentlemen helped me not be so overwhelmed,and talked me thru a lot ,and gave me helpful tips as well.I recommend them for your rv needs.

Steven and Albert were knowledgeable, friendly and did great work resealing our trailer's roof and replacing some windows. They kept their work space clean and were very communicative throughout the whole process. Would not hesitate to refer them and we're actually lining up a few more future projects based on their excellent service!

Wow! Mr. Wagner and his mechanic really saved us! Our van broke down and we were in quandary about how to get it repaired so far from home. We called Wagner RV Repair and were told to bring it over, and once it was at the repair shop they got right on the job. The problem was identified, fixed and we were happily back on the road within an hour of our arrival. Highly recommend this honest, family run business.

If zero stars were an option or even negative stars, that would be my choice. Please run away or call someone else. I had 2 slide outs with issues. Day 1, they hustled over which was off to a great start - obviously we chose mobile repair as we are full timers. They were able to get the first slide in and simply plug it back in, so fast service, about 15 minutes. Then hit me with a bill $200 for service call and $150 for an hour. So $350 for 15 minutes and they ignored the second slide. They did come back a few days later and had to order a part for that slide which could have been done day one and this is where the real fun starts. They told me the part would be in and they would be out to fix then silence. I called and was told exact same thing and received the exact same silence. They finally came a couple weeks later after asking me to bring my rig to them, and they had the wrong part. So the cycle began again. Finally after 6 total weeks they did fix it but I had found another mobile guy that could do it for half their price, but I had already pre-paid so I stuck with them. Over priced, no communication AND the hygiene of the actual repairman was questionable at best. But got it fixed after $1200 and a total of 2 hours work in 6 weeks. You have been warned.

Called Wagner RV last minute as we were leaving and found our tow vehicle lights weren t working. Dave was very helpful tried to troubleshoot the issue over the phone, said he d be happy to send a guy out to us and gave us some suggestions. After trying on our own to fix the issue we called back and he said to bring our 39 bus to him and he d be happy to take a look. We arrived, 3 guys immediately came out to help and they had us up and running within half and hour!Great service, friendly staff I d certainly gothere again!Service: Electrical

We found this RV garage by chance, we were in Joshua tree and our RV started making strange and unusual sounds. We had just bought it and had a lot of problems. After encountering several dishonest mechanics in Los Angeles we are truly grateful to have found Wagner RV Repair.They fixed absolutely all the problems on our RV and worked very seriously and cleanly. We are really satisfied and today our RV drives very well and we were able to travel in several states without any problem, which before would have been totally impossible and dangerous. They helped us, and came on site to help us out twice and in less than 1 hour in critical situations where we really needed help.All the people who work there are really professional and honest and we really fell in love with this place. We plan to do all of our future modifications and repairs for our 1986 Chevy Honey at this garage. The boss is someone very welcoming, commercial and honest. And this place is full of history. The founder was a pilot of the second world war, and I am French so this place particularly touched me. I recommended and I recommend to all people with an RV to go there in case of problems because they will be able to find and effectively solve all the problems you encounter.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Went to see Wagners and if they can fix this in under 6 months w a chisel nails and tape image, when they really get to it ! took a cannot and turned it into a can thanks fellas especially that little cowboy fella

We were camping in our truck camper between Christmas and New Years Day near Joshua Tree NP when our new water heater started smoking. We were so lucky to have called Wagner. They looked at it immediately and diagnosed and fixed the wiring problem in about 10 minutes. Wonderful service! Thank you!

They fixed an error that the airstream service company in Portland had made so that I could use my furnace again. It took like 10 minutes and I was back on the road again. Everyone was super friendly and the charge was very minimal. I highly recommend!

Broke down in my Rv on I10 trying to start my vacation and unfortunately had this issue but called Wagner RV Repair they sent out there technician Roberto and he took care of us right away highly recommended them. They mad a negative situation into a positive thanks to them we continued our vacation as planned.

I have never delt with a company that is so horrible as this place. I took my trailer for repairs to in August 2023. Still to this date they have not finished. So unprofessional, ordering wrong parts, never getting a call back, them blaming eachother. Just going around in circles trying to get my trailer fixed. I would NEVER EVER recommend this so called company, not even to my worst enemy.

Dave and his team took care of my trailer. It had a number of small fixes that were needed and he was honest with what work needed to be done and did not overcharge me. I will keep coming back if I ever have issues with my trailer again.

Stop, don't buy an RV unless you have a good wingman. I know I've own 5 RV's after a Period of time, You need to have complete Trust in the People that service them. Dave and his team has help me and my family still enjoy the RV life With safety and confidence so I guess it's true.Happy campersShop Wagner's

Wagner RV Repair did a fantastic job, they repaired our defective transmission at a reasonable fair rate. They provided instant help and even allowed us to stay on their property inside our motorhome. Staff is very kind and mechanics are professional.On November 8, 2017, we broke down with our 26 ft. motorhome on our way towards Joshua Tree Nation Park. motorhome. It s a 25-year-old rig that has almost 100.000 miles. The engine stopped and when we turned it back on a lot of transmission fluid was leaked. We called Good Sam to tow us to a repair place. God Sam recommended Wagner RV Repair, as they committed to immediate service.It turned out, that a sealing in the transmission is defective. Cost estimate was USD 700 to fix it. The mechanic had to take the automatic transmission down to replace the defective part. While mounting the transmission it was discovered that the torque converter needs to be replaced. They needed to drive a couple of hundred miles to get a new one. While waiting for the spare part the mechanic in charge checked all vital mechanical parts of our motorhome (hoses, belts, etc.) and fixed one defective hose.The mechanic insisted on doing overtime to get us back on the road (we would have accepted to wait another day). After three days, our motorhome was ready to hit the road. We only payed the addition cost for the unexpected replacement of the torque converter (approx. USD 300).In addition, we could use the owner s pick-up during the day to organize ourselves and visit the nearby Pioneertown.My wife, my two kids (3 years and 7 months) and I are very happy to have met the Wagner RV Repair place. I love Wagner RV! I just bought a used 30 yr old RV. Everything that needed repair - big and small, these guys have been able to do it all, WELL and reasonably priced. They have been able to do things that I didn t think were fixable.

Kept my rv 3 weeks longer than projected. Told me one thing and my insurance agent something else. Tried to get extra money out of me without explanation. Screwed through my rv wall. They are shady/untrustworthy

I am very grateful for Mr Wagner and the technicians there at Wagner RV Repair. Recently my fifth wheel needed a converter replacement and then not too long after my water pump needed to be replaced. I read reviews where people complained about the timeliness of their service and all of those things that people have said... I felt to not pay attention to those reviews and trust my heart to give them a call. This is my third time using their service. They have been timely, they have followed up. When the converter was installed about a week later it stopped working on a Saturday (and they are closed on Sundays), I contacted Mr Wagner in the evening of Saturday and they came out on their day off -Sunday to replace the converter. Water pump situation same thing. They replaced the water pump but the part they used was not working the way it needed to work with my fifth wheel, I called them up and they came out at my next available day and time and installed a new one. No complaining. No issues. They were timely. They were respectful. I appreciated their professionalism even when I was blowing a little bit of a fuse. I would highly recommend Mr Wagner and his team. And I will definitely use them again in the future.

Stan is the man. Very knowledgeable. Able to fit me it to install solar panel and lithium battery. He got sick causing delays. We will still need to get Sony work done but we were able to get up and running! So grateful for his expertise and so friendly.

Such good people! Our solar panels weren't working so we went in to get some help! They found just a loose wire, so they decided not to charge us and they fixed it no problem! Such amazing service and people. Grateful we got to go there.

It has a nice high desert vibe. The owner is very considerate. They will really go out of their way to make things right. I got a very good deal on my rare mid century motorhome. It runs perfect.Things are going great and Dave's service crew is top notch.

Stan, Dave, and Cowboy were great to work with. In addition to the necessary body work needed on my RV, they also helped me with a new fridge to replace my broken one. Completed the work very quickly at a very reasonable rate. I definitely recommend them if you're in the area. Thanks guys!

We just used Wagner to fix our slide out. On our Cameo trailer. They came and repaired with in a few days. They were professional and fast. They took the time to explain in detail what was going on. Stan was a great communicator super professional and easy to deal with. He was fair and respectful and extremely knowledgeable! I will definitely use Wagner RV again

I was taught that if I did not have anything nice to say then say nothing.So hear you go....Did you hear what I said?NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!PS... if you do go there I wouldn t use their port-a-potty because there is no place to wash your hands. SO....LETS JUST SAY. IF THE OWNER WANTS TO SHAKE HANDS YOU MIGHT WANT TO THINK TWICE...:Just sayin

I had a door that they rebuilt for me at the fairest price, I couldn't be happier with Mr. Wagner's excellent service and staff. I recommend them very highly. I couldn't afford a new door so without Wagner's I would STILL be without a door. Feeling blessed.

Where to start 2015 Thor Challenger Slide broken.This place is the real deal. We are full timers so time and quality are a must. We had a slide-out break due to running over a metal flashlight and busting the gears on one side of the slide. I had a specialist look at it while we were Havasu city while I was parked and they explained that it would be 2 weeks to order the parts. In result I had to have it repaired in our next location which was Palm Springs. I started calling around and was lucky enough to find Wagner RV. From the initial call to the end of the process they were outstanding. They we re understanding of the situation and that I had already ordered and had the parts. They knew I needed it done quick. They did it all. Got it done same day, competitively priced, and of the utmost respect and quality for our home. Called with updates and ensured we were happy. They also have experts for working on slides, which as most know, they are not a fix that is a easy to take on. They even looked at a couple of small things and gave there input so I d know what next steps to take.If you have any issues, at all use this company.
