Best mechanic on the mountain.Jeff has always taken care of all our vehicles. Not only does he handle our basic maintenance, he's done full top-end engine repairs, shocks and even travel trailer suspension work. A wonderful experience! The mechanics were very friendly, honest, and reliable. I was driving a recently purchased used car to school from home and my engine light turned on out of the blue. I didn't know much about the vehicle, so Chris made sure to give a thorough inspection and diagnostic on the car. He proceeded to show me and explain exactly what the issue was in super clear terms so that I could assess what was necessary to fix to finish the drive. He fixed our problem within a few hours and we were back on the road in no time! I was so thankful to have stumbled across this place and would definitely bring my business back if I was in the area again.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Jeff is the absolute BEST!! He knows his stuff. We are always happy with his work! Never any problems!! NEVER Overcharges, alway fair and reasonable prices. If he can't do it, he will let you know. Jeff s Lebec Automotive is the only place I go to get car repairs in the Mountain Communities. Jeff is the best mechanic I ve ever known. His prices are reasonable and he won t just do work to pad the bill. His shop is clean and organized. I ve had him work on both of my Subaru s, our Ford Ranger and all the cars we ve had over the years. Jeff is a really, great guy. He's very knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my Cars Anywhere else but Lebec auto. Jeff always calls first to explain everything in detail and the cost of parts and labor before starting the work. I trust him completely with my vehicles repairs. And he always gives us a great deal.

I've gone to Jeff for years, I trust him to repair anything that happens..he's such a good ownerScale of 1-10....I give him a 10. His shop is always busy, but always clean. I appreciate him being up on the hill. I highly recommend lebec auto.... A HUGE THANKS FOR INSTALLING MY A/C JUST WHEN I NEEDED IT

Jeff is a great mechanic, has worked on our cars and trucks for years! Excellent prices, will check belts, brakes, and other moving parts to keep your vehicle healthy. He will also just do an oil change! Can't say enough!

Best mechanic on the mountain. While Jeff does not to smog or much tire or alignment work he accels at most basic car repairs and if he can't do a repair he'll know the right people who can. Never have gone wrong with Jeff and Lebec Automotive.

Great service we where on a road trip and the check engine light turned on and stopped here to get it check they where honest and gave us a fair price. Had a good conversation with him about classic cars he gave me some good suggestions. Planing on coming back although it s a bit far from home

Our engine started shaking on the way to LA. We stopped here and got service immediately. The two people working today seemed like honest, fair guys. They patched us up, but we need a new engine. We we're only charge for 30 minutes, which was probably a low estimate.

Contracted Lebec auto to perform an oil change as well as a presale vehicle inspection on a Ford F350 Power Stroke. Lebec Auto simply missed all 6 tires that were dry rotted and tread bars showing through tires that were overdue to be changed by at least 10,000 miles! and probably didn't notice the windshield wipers that had rotted & fell away from the wiper arms. maybe didn't noticed that the door key would not open the drivers side door. nor did they notice the idler pulley tensioner making more noise than the 7.3 Power stroke! Lebec auto failed to notice the no start condition during cooler temps. On top of all these misses, they failed to document the mileage at the time of the oil change on the work order, nor the vin number on the truck. However Lebec did charge a very high fee for the oil change, fuel filter change and the presale inspection at $379.XX dollars on a barley legible hand written invoice that wasn't electronically captured and wont show up in the vehicle's maintenance history. Absolutely the worse performance from an auto repair shop charging premium fees!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

poor attitude by employee knowledgeable but lazy $2500 in repairs after engine was installed Because of loose bolts Engine was brand new nothing wrong with it 3 weeks later burnt valves on both heads Intake and exhaust bolts loose
