Credence is amazing. You will not find a more affordable high quality oil change anywhere. Matt cares deeply about your car running at its best and he is the most affordable mechanic I have come across in NWA!

These guys are the absolute best. Had an issue with my car stalling out - they had it diagnosed and repaired the next morning. Safe to say we ll only be using Credence for our automotive needs.

Super honest and great mechanics. Was in town for the day and they got me right in and fixed the problem. It was a simple fix and they didn t even charge me. Highly recommend. Wish they were in Texas.

I'll try to make this short. Hands down the Owner and this Auto Shop. Is the Best I've ver been to in 50 years. They take care of you. And fo it right n stand by there work.

This place is great. They really went the extra mile to get my vehicle done in time for a road trip to see a family member who was passing (including working late at night and calling in additional help). I picked my vehicle up and immediately left on a 4,000 mile round trip drive. We didn't have a single issue with the workmanship. Absolutely the best, most honest automotice repair shop in town. Small locally owned business, absolutely top notch mechanics, 11/10. Theyre not the cheapest (still incredibly reasonable) but you won't be going to another shop after these guys (and gals)

Brought my Chevy truck in for an oil change. Very satisfied with service. Came back for much needed maintenance on transmission, brakes & power steering. Again, Very Satisfied. Jayson & his crew are thorough, competent & professional, also the costs are reasonable. The shop & waiting area are well designed, decorated & comfortable. Jayson makes good use of technology & social media to make scheduling service easy. Best auto repair shop I have ever seen.

My wife, son and I recently traveled from south Louisiana to Rogers to visit family. Our van developed a loud humming noise during the trip.I decide to have it checked out before our return trip. We dropped it off at Credence on Friday and explained to Jason that we planned to leave the next day. He told us that they were booked solid until Wednesday but he would see what he could do. He phoned me about an hour later and told me that his other customers had agreed to wait on their vehicles and moved us ahead. He said they had found a bad bearing on the driver's side front wheel, they had gotten the parts and were working on the repairs. He phoned me again later and told me they were done! They completed the work in a matter of hours and topped it off with a nationwide warranty! I have never received such impressive service at any shop I have ever visited! Jason even called me at home to ensure that we had made the return trip safely! I would definitely recommend Credence to anyone looking for the best service!Service: General repairs & maintenance

After purchasing a new battery from a nearby auto parts store in September 2021, I began experiencing issues with my car not starting. Took the battery back to the store, they charged it and told me the battery was good. After my car didn t start up again, I researched auto repair places near me and found Credence Automotive Repair with GREAT reviews. Got my car to their shop telling Jason that I believed my alternator was bad. Even though I didn t have an appointment, Jason said he would check it as soon as he could. Not a problem. The next afternoon, he called and told me after running several tests, it was, in fact my new battery. Jason had Tyler charge my battery so I could get my car back to the auto parts store. When I walked into the store, as soon as I mentioned my battery, a gentleman came over and introduced himself as Bobby and he was expecting me because Jason had just called him and told him about my battery issue. Bobby had my new battery installed and apologized for the issues.Talk about customer service!! To have Jason call ahead and to have Bobby waiting was quite surprising! Even though it was a little frustrating having my car to keep dying, all the interaction with Jason, Tyler the mechanic to Bobby at the auto parts store made up for all of it and they treat you like they ve known you for awhile.If anyone needs an honest, fair, friendly auto repair shop, go to Credence Automotive Repair. As a woman, we worry about how we ll be treated, BUT I will not hesitate to bring my car back and will always refer friends, family, and strangers to bring their vehicles here.Thank you all!Services: Electrical repair, Battery

This company is thorough in their mechanical work. They took the time to explain many details to me with honesty. I had a radiator replaced and it wasn't the cheapest considering it should be be a cheaper fix on my model but I am confident the work was done thoroughly. In car maintenance you pay for what you get. Would suggest this shop to my friends any day. Good people, not my favorite price but will be back.

If you are looking for an ethical mechanic shop in the Northwest Arkansas area then this is the one. Jayson was very friendly and understanding of my concerns with my vehicle. He took time to listen and recommended what would be best for my car, not based on what would make him the most amount of money. I hope that they stay this way. Jayson quickly got my daughter s car and my car in for maintenance, oil change, brake replacement and tire replacement for a reasonable price. He was accommodating when I informed him that I couldn t pick my car up until after he was closed. Communication with Jayson was considerate, clear, thorough and everything he did was done very well. We have had some pretty terrible experiences in the past. One mechanic failed to tighten the bolts on my husbands tire replacement. That same mechanic failed to plug in the brand new alternator to the brand new battery in my 17 year old daughter s car that lost power steering and ended up on the side of the road in the rain in busy traffic. And that s not all. We will never go back to that Toyota dealership for anything ever again. Jayson and Cody at Credence are top-notch. I highly recommend Credence Automotive!!! It s clean, professional and you drive away knowing they did the job well that you paid them to do.

I really appreciate Jason/Credence! I had an issue with my teenage daughter's battery that was not standard. There was a faulty plate causing the car to not start at random times, yet the battery was registering fine. Jason used trial & error based on past experience and allowed her to use one of his batteries for 2 weeks to see if his assumption was correct, and hewas correct. I really appreciate him extending great customer service to ensure that my daughter wasn't stranded beside the road after another local mechanic shop told us the battery was fine and sent us on our way without a resolution. As a single mom, I express my gratitude and appreciation!

Jayson is amazing. He's fair in price, guarantees his work, and does awesome work. He can repair just about everything on every make and model. Our cars only come here for engine problems. I promise you he won't talk over your head and you will have a great experience.

This is THE place to come for outstanding customer service, amazing mechanics and best prices. I love that you can watch them work on your car if you'd like to. They have a really nice seating area. I also love the full inspection they send to you with pictures showing everything that is wrong with you car so you know! I found my forever auto mechanic shop. I had exhaust issues and two other shops left bolts out and scratched and dented my frame. Credence took on the job with my car and had it done in 2 days. My car rides so smooth now. Jason kept in constant communication with me and I immediately felt at ease. I will use Credence Automotive for all of the cars in my household, period! I've worked with both Matt and Jayson and would again given the chance. I've been doing this for a day or two myself and I can tell you itll be hard to find someone with the integrity pride and dedication these two have in doing the job right and taking care of the customers. Finding these qualities in people now days is hard being lucky enough to find two people that have the qualities and ability to apply them in the automotive industry is game changing and inspiring to others of us in the industry. Bottom line finding a better shop in the area will be difficult to do. I'm so happy for them both and wish them nothing but the best !

These guys are the absolute best at what they do. I wont take my car to any other mechanic for anything I'm very particular with my vehicles and these guys will do anything I ask. they are awesome to be around very welcoming atmosphere awesome service. if you need something fixed on your vehicle or just want a upgrade of some sort I would urge you to talk to these guys most helpful and honest guys I know!

Awful people who tried to take advantage over me being a teen. Went in for a valve cover swap, they told me to order the right side and that it would be a $225 ordeal. I finally get the part in, go to schedule an appointment when they then attempt to charge me $600 for a VALVE COVER SWAP. Went to Iforce instead where I was told that they had me order the WRONG SIDE. Had to talk to Kia for a few days to get an exchange since it s a custom order part, and finally got it in. IForce only charged me $110 for the swap whereas Credence tried to charge me $600. I will never recommend Credence for business. Nothing but liars who will take advantage of you if they can.

Brought my 2012 Prius to Credence after a nightmare trip when the check engine light came on and it started running rough. The Toyota dealer where we were traveling misidentified the problem and failed to fix it, but the guys at Credence figured it out from a Toyota technical service bulletin. Runs fine now. Excellent shop!

Great for oil changes. Had my serpentine belt replaced, lasted less than a year before it started slipping and almost put me and my family in a bad wreck. Found out it was the wrong size belt the whole time. Live in OK now so can't really drive back for warranty (if there is one), so not happy about that.

They made an accurate diagnosis, and are a pleasure to do business with. The owner and I spoke today, resolving another matter unrelated to their professional expertise. They know what they are doing, so don't hesitate to take your car to this group over a dealer!

These guys give honest educated opinions when inspecting your vehicle. Their shop rates are very reasonable. They won t sell you something that you don t need. I highly recommend them and will be bringing my vehicles there from now on. Thanks, Matt!
