This place is amazing. Took my car in because of a knocking noise coming from my back passenger tire. Timmy took a look and basically explained what the possibilities were and that it was possibly gonna cost me around $550. Instantly my heart dropped. I went to make a call to discuss the car with my grandmother and Timmy comes rollin up and within a few minutes figured it out and fixed it. The price went from possibly $550 to literally just around $100. I will recommend this place to every single person I know. Thank you Timmy so much for your help. Your a blessing bro seriously!!!

This place is awesome. Me and my family have been using this place for years . And they still continue to raise the bar . Prices are great , service is great , work is great and the staff is always polite and helpful .As someone who used to do ALL of my own stuff on all of my and my family's cars when I was younger . I am knowledgeable about vehicles . These guy's have NEVER tried to stick me with any unnecessary work just to pad the bill.Not only that but over the years they have done things extra for no charge . I will continue to use these guy's in the future for as long as I can drive .Services: Auto water leak repair, Auto A/C recharge, Auto brake repair

This place has the most professional and courteous staff I have ever come across in auto repair. They took the time to speak with the warranty company and expedited the repairs so I wouldn t have to wait the 72 hours for the approval from the warranty company. They were very knowledgeable and spoke to me in a way I can understand how things would be done and what further care I can take to help make the vehicle work even better. I can attest to their honesty and integrity. Furthermore, a shout out to Tim and Sergio and Thomas for being friendly and patient. Awesome work, guys!

This place isn t what it used to be anymore, ended up paying 1200+ for a head gasket that could of easily be done and I wrongfully decided to take it here again, BIG mistake, payed for injector o rings and to my surprise one wasn t even new and was completely torn and leaking, i replaced them with the old and fixed it myself, the car wasn t even tested and it didn t even start, and the mechanic didn t even connected the iacv with the proper coolant hoses as he was being rushed to get me out with my car and take my money. Tim the new guy seems like the only cool person around but the rest of the guys are straight up jerks to say the least, un polite & very rude. They don t offer solutions just problems, I even got my oem throttle body stolen while it was in the trunk of my car. The power steering belt wasn t even fully on the pulleys teeth when supposedly done. Never got updated like I did before on my cars progress like I did before here, and the mecanic put the old head bolts back in without my permission as I would never ever would of agreed, he told me until I was picking the vehicle up. Paid for the labor, supplied my parts, reason I took it to this shop is because of the warranty on the labor (that s it) the guy that worked in my other car in the past doesn t even work here anymore. Now they refuse giving me warranty for the labor I paid because of the scheme they have with their parts supplier. If I could give 0 I would. If you really care for your cars simply go somewhere else. Someone you know and trust.

Took my Tahoe after my transmission locked up on my wife. Worked with the service advisors who were very knowledgeable and explained every step along the way. They performed an inspection on the vehicle to make sure everything else was in good working order. They called me for approvals for all work they performed and explained what they felt needed to be done immediately and what could wait. The truck drove perfect! Very satisfied.

I had my cars oil change done here for the first time and they honored their special they promote I came again and they told me it would be full price which was $40 more than what I paid first time. I wish I knew before hand before leaving my car for 4 hours until it was ready for pickup. Keep in mind they keep posting and promoting same prices from before; for oil changes I suggest changing your name to full price auto repair, so it s not misleading to others.

Me and my man are always extremely satisfied with Timmy Martinez s customer service, when we are in the office, we see that he is often the one answering customer s questions & helping his team with the the questions they have. When my boyfriend first got his interlock he did struggle with the interlock company and Timmy would go out of his way to contact them and help in whatever way he could. He always gets our calibration done with a timely manner! We have been going to this shop for about a year now :)

This shop is absolutely amazing at what they do. From customer service, to repairs, and of course competitive prices as well. Shout out to Timmy Martinez for always going out of his way to make sure I m taken care of properly the right way and making sure to explain to me and my wife what repairs were necessary for the moment and the ones we can do later on down the road to keep our vehicles running reliable.

Worst mechanics in Arizona I have nothing but bad experiences with this fraudulent shop! If you want to get good experience mechanics don't take it there. You'll thank me in the morning. They should close there doors already. Westside people do yourself a favor and don't make the mistake I did a leave your car or truck with them!

3x didnt fix the simple problem and acted like it's no big deal for us to be without a vehicle. Good luck.Just an update... took it to another shop that fixed it no problem. Have a great timeStick to oil changes and tire rotations.

We got great service and the work was done in a timely manner. Sergio was our service writer and very good at communicating the issues. We will definitely be using Half Price for our auto needs in the future

Half price auto repair is SUPER reasonable !! I can dig that . Sergio definitely knows how to work with people , and even just sitting in there waiting for my coolant flush to get done and listening to how he handles everybody is a definition of what customer service NEEDS to be like . 10/10 recommend and would I come back ? Does green mean go at the stop light ?

This place is hands down amazing. From the staff to the techs . Definitely my go to place for when my car breaks or when I just need some thing basic like an oil change special shoutout to Timmy though for helping me know how to prevent major repair or my car breaking down from happening with preventative maintenance. Once again thank you guys sooo much you guys are amazing . And to anyone out there reading this just know they will go above and beyond to make sure your car is taken care of.

Don t bring your old Hondas here they overcharge you and didn t even fix my problem and I took it back 3 times which was a bad idea I guess I didn t learn my lesson the first time and to add on I have a manual and every time I picked it up they left it in gear causing my car to stall out and even one time causing my car to jerk back into a truck behind me because of how close they park the vehicles next to each other. Respectfully not ever taking my car here again.

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE !Please read the reviews before you come here! Worst experience ever!! These mechanics will literally try to steal your money if you let them! I dropped my car off here on Tuesday February 20th for a diagnostic. First call i received was that the diagnostic was popping up a lot of codes. The main code that popped up was the throttle of my car was failing. First off i was told the diagnostic was 90$ and if i choose to let them do the repair they will use the 90$ towards the repair. I was told i would have my car same day and they would call when it ready i never received a call back that day. I went to the shop next morning to see what was going on. First thing i noticed was they have their diagnostic listed as 75$ at that point i knew something was wrong. I received a call later that day stating they have flushed my throttle and was driving m car around to see if the lights pop back on. I asked him how much that was going to be he said "flushing your throttle will be $140 on top of the diagnostic your looking at $271 out the door " i asked well doesn't the $90 go towards the repair? He said "No the $90 goes to the mechanic because he tried to scrap some black residue off your throttle" as if thats not apart of the repair. From this point on i was starting to feel i was be played but at this point i just needed my car so i was okay with being charged $271 to repair my car. Then he says the lights turned back on and their going to flush my car a second time but wont charge me for it. At this point i was getting upset because this was day 3 of them having my car. I went back up to the shop with my mom this time because what he was saying didn't make sense to me. When we arrived he said my the throttle was failing and it would be $280 to fix. At this point i'm thinking like why am i paying $140 for a flush that didn't repair my car and i'm paying them to repair my car. That day i walked out with a ticket of $591.71 to repair a throttle . $90 for a diagnostic plus shop fees and tax $140 for them to flush my car and $280 for the actual repair.I paid $240 in cash and signed up for the pay layer thing they offer. My total remaining balance after paying cash was $350. After leaving i told my mom i felt like i was played but i was too scared to speak up. They told me my car would be ready that afternoon.. UPON PICKING MY CAR UP THEY MADE ME SIGN AN ILLEGAL WAIVER SAYING I WONT DISCREDIT , TALK BAD OR SAY ANYTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT ANYONE IN THEIR SHOP OR I WOULDNT BE ABLE TO GET MY CAR OUT OF THEIR POSSESSION . I signed the paper and left immediately. I immediately told me mom because i knew that was not right and at that point i just wanted to get my car and leave. My mom went up their the next day and now they want to refund me my diagnostic payment back to me. i went up there later that day to pick my check up and the big dude named Mike that sits in the middle had an attitude and seemed like he didn't even care about what had just happened. I was agreeing with a customer that was standing next to me. Due to that mike calls my mom lying on me saying i went in there talking sh*t and was talking bad to his customers which NEVER happened ! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOURSELF FROM THIS AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Im actually thinking about getting legal into this becoming this whole situation was not right and was definitely an abuse of power!The other reviews are legit and not lying! Please do not come here!

Don't take your car to this place. Mechanic's don't know what they are doing and they promise you to get it fixed and when you pick it up it is worse. Beginning of February we took our suv in because it was smoking and running bad. They worked on the entire car a little over a year ago and things went well so we took it back to them this time. We had to get asnap loan to cover it. They knew that and knew how much we got approved for too. They promised us they would have it running and safe on the road for that amount. We asked over and over if they were sure cause if not we would go another route. 2 and a half weeks later and picking it up 2 times and work still worse then when we brought it in .$1989 dollars later and loan processed through them they tell us it's a lost cause and we need a new engine. Worse place ever and going to file a complaint with state attorney General for misleading practices.

I used to swear by these guys. They had great prices and good service, were never quick because they were busy. The last 2 times I brought my vehicles for service they came back with a 7 thousand dollar estimate including 4400 dollars worth of work that's they just did 6 months ago .tried to tell me needed to be done again. When I told them they just did that work they tried to back pedal and said it was old oil and not to worry.I just picked up a vehicle they parked off property over night that was broken into and they won't do nothing about it. They have turned into a headache.

On the drive home from picking up my vehicle, the check engine light and several other service lights came on. I immediately turned around and they said they 'forgot to attach something' . They 'fixed' it quickly but 2 days later it would not start again. I brought it back and they quoted me close to $700 in repairs on top of everthing they have already done. After researching the part and labor costs I communicated with them that that was highly unreasonable. Just by saying that, they dropped the price in half. If I wouldnt have questioned it I would have paid double what it should have been. When I came to pick up my car, $489 of valuble personal items were stolen. With no sign of a break in, the items were either stolen by an employee or the vehicle was left unlocked. I asked them to check the video surveillance and they never got back to me. I tracked my airpods to an individual nearby but all other items did not have tracking devices. This led me to believe that the vehicle was left unlocked which is why I believe they have not shown me the surveillance video. In addition, my radio was working properly before dropping off and currently does not work after picking it up. None of the repairs had anything to do with the radio.

Half price rules the day!!I m currently very ill and my wife is taking care of me. The last week my mother in law, who lives in our ADU, had an issue that is going to require ongoing rehab.So, we recruited my sister in law to move here from southern/centeal bc Virginia and we ll probably need to uses a trailer.My truck, which actually has a new engine, was running too rough to go up there. Rico got it purring in 1 business day AND he was very fair on the price.He s my guy from now on!

Half Price Auto was so amazing and fast at getting things done would definitely recommend them to anyone! Timmy was also so amazing and helpful and was so patient with all my question and has the best costumer service I would definitely go back for that reason alone definitely was amazing at reassuring a first time car owner and was very knowledgeable and made It easy to understand what was going on and kept me updated Thank you guys so much!

Been coming here periodically for four years and have never encountered an issue with service or with employees! Prices have always been reasonable, work fast and thorough. Especially compared to other experiences such as oil changes at wal-mart. Definitely recommend!

Timmy was absolutely outstanding in helping me getting my vehicle fixed. Though my insurance company was quite a pain to deal with. Tim was there to get all damages covered that they didn t want to cover thank you so much Tim and every one at Half Price Auto for doing what you do!!!

Adam was great! I dropped my car off pretty late and they still took it. You can notice the mechanics are trustworthy and get to the point. I was able to get my car back in a day and a half.
