Unbelievably grateful and impressed with this shop, they absolutely went above and beyond. I am from Minnesota and while on my way back home my transmission went out in my truck. At that point I was stranded in this state with my 3 kids. When I got it towed to them they got it right into the shop immediately and got me the quotes and the transmission and parts ordered and delivered 3 days later and had it installed the next day.I did want to test it out before getting back on the road and good thing I did, 20 miles on it and it was spewing fluid all over the undercarriage again. They immediately got a shuttle for me and the kids and their tow truck out to grab the truck. Fixed the issue quickly. Absolutely would recommend to anyone for any of their needs whether it be an emergency or just routine. Truly amazing people at this shop and I do not know what I would have done without them. Everything they did for me and my girls I will forever be grateful.

I had a great experience getting my RAV 4 Oil changed. I appreciated that Candi, at the desk made the experience so great. Plus the price was almost $20 cheaper than when I go to Jiffy Lube. I got the full synthetic for my 2015, in just at 30 minutes. I got a digital review of all the levels and belts, etc. recommendations for my car. Fastest I've ever gotten and the recommendations were great. Like the battery terminals could be cleaner, and watch my bearings gasket for wear. Even though the price and time factor were better, I have never been treated like a BMW owner. Top shelf treatment and conditions all the way. Loved this place and Candi and the guys at the counter!

3 moths ago I had Christian Brothers fix my AC an I brought my car in this week to get my transmission fixed. Very Professional and friendly!!! My AC works like new! And my transmission is like new again as well. I could not be more pleased with the overall service that Christian Brothers Provided me! I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them!!!THANK YOU GUYS!!!

Absolutely fantastic service and consideration. John took time to go through everything with me and the diagnostic report was the most thorough and informative I've ever received from any shop. It let me prioritize issues. And the complimentary ride helped me get to an appt!

I am very frustrated with how I have been treated at this shop with lack of follow through with the owner regarding to damage that was done to my engine at this shop and had to purchase a used car due to their negligence. The owner spoke with me a month ago and was all about making things right he talked a good talk but there has been no follow through and he is ignoring my calls now. I do have to say that Brian the shop manager has been very apologetic for the lack of follow through from the owner I think Brian for all his support through this situation as he is in a tough spot. I can relate to a few other reviews on here on how dishonest this shop is and that the word Christian is just a word as if this was a true Christian organization the owner would make a effort to return my calls regardless of the outcome of what he can and can t provide me! I had to had my car towed and had to get a new car immediately traded my car to salvage shop for 1500 which I could of traded in for 6000 if the shop did not damage the engine by damaging the fuel system which leaked fuel into engine. They had my car over a week and little communication from them on updates or status I always had to call for updates. The owner knew that the car was traded in and all he could offer was calling his insurance company to do an inspection on a car that I no longer had in my possession then proceeded to ask me what did I buy and that I should bring it in for them to inspect. This blows my mind! You damaged my car and took ownership that the damage was done but no follow through to make it right but I should trust you with inspecting my new car? Seriously?? All I can say is due unto others as you would want them to do to you. God will work all things out for the good.

I absolutely love this place!! Cathie is great and so helpful. They are quick and not just trying to make money off of you. They also have a free shuttle for when your car is getting worked on which is a huge bonus!! Couldn t recommend enough!

Used Christian Brothers (Higley/Baseline location) for an oil change and inspection. Very pleased! Everyone was really friendly, thorough in the inspection & upfront about prioritizing issues to address. They even just said "keep an eye on this" or plan to service at "xxx miles" etc. Appreciate the honesty! Will definately be using again

Everyone at CB was awesome. This was my first visit. They were welcoming and very communicative while my car was taken care of. Did an inspection included with my service and let me know how everything looked with great details. I would highly recommend and will be coming back for all my car needs.

I ve been a Christian Brothers customer for many years and very pleased with the service I ve received. I recently moved to from Chandler to Gilbert though and needed an oil change. I decided I didn t want to take it back to Chandler when I noticed there was a location just minutes from my new home. I was able to get an appointment the next day, that was great! While there there I met Brad and Kathy who run the front. They are incredibly professional, kind and fun too! I love this place and will just stop in the say HI . Great people here. Others I don t know the names were so kind too!! My oil change, filter replacement was done well. And the technician recommended a few other things that I should be aware for future service. I like how Christian Brothers Automotive keeps me updated on my vehicle safety. There prices are reasonable too.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

As always I was treated very well by the Tow Truck Driver and by the shuttle driver. Tom and the office people are so helpful and friendly. I wish some of the grocery store clerk's were as friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Christian Brothers. Automotive Company.

This a great shop, I was always skeptical of this place, but after having to take my truck there I was impressed with their service. As someone who doesn t trust people to work on my vehicles and I do most of the work myself, I will definitely take my vehicles back here if they need work. Higley and baseline is a great shop!

Today was my first visit to a Christian Bros repair shop and this one was fantastic. From my greeting by Cathie to speaking with Mike the mechanic, I just could not be more impressed!In my 74 years, and rare it might be, I do believe I was actually treated with respect by the entire team here and not treated like some fool. Everything was explained and yes even my questions were answered with dignity. I have had experiences with shop personnel talking down to me not understanding the mechanics of a car but not here .quite the opposite in fact.I was quoted a price for my work and it s exactly what I paid. FINALLY an honest repair shop that doesn t nickel and dime the unsuspecting customers! What a refreshing business. I will return for all of my mechanical work to this Christian Bros shop!!! I don't trust shops. Not at all.These guys did a great job. Estimate was $600 for brakes and oil change and total was $600.They suggested one more thing (flush) but I declined.Shuttle was great.Trustworthy and friendly.May have found my new shop.

From walking into the front lobby where everyone was so kind an welcoming to staying in contact thru the day on the issues with my car Christian Brothers was 1 of 4 places I had taken my car to with no answers an spent hundreds of dollars on getting diagnostic test run. Within 2 hours of dropping my car off they called with the problem an had it fixed an running the same day I will never take my vehicles anywhere else!

Well no one likes having to go to get their car fixed but if you have to Christian Brothers is the place. Awesome service, pricing and they have a wonderful staff! Christian Brothers should be the example by which we rate automotive service. They showed nothing but professionalism throughout my time in their shop, even when providing a long list of services that I still need on my Jeep. My vehicle has quite a few upgrades, and they didn't bat an eye when it came time to do ANY maintenance.I'll be using them for all my maintenance needs on my Jeep and my Corvette.John Drouin.

The first thing I notice when I walk in their front office was that they never ignore anyone that walks in their door. They were very professional courteous and gave great customer service! They even allowed my dog in their office and gave my dog treats! The technician performed diagnostics for a used car I purchased and did numerous repairs at an affordable price. They also gave me a detailed list of safety issues found with photos of those issues, plus a list of recommended issues to be repaired/replaced in the near future. They had my car completed with the numerous repairs/replacements done within 1 day. I am extremely pleased with Christian Brothers and all their staff. I take my car here for routine maintenance, but had an overheating issue on a Friday night. I was able to drop it off and they fixed it quickly on Monday and have me back running for a fair price. A few months later, I had a check engine light come on that they quickly checked and cleared for me and were honest with the diagnosis. Last Thursday, my car began overheating. I was able to limp it to their shop. They told me they were backed up but they would do their best to get it done quickly. I got a call Friday, fearing an expensive repair, but was told that one of the parts they replaced last time went bad. They went out of their way to source the part the same day, fixed another issue at no cost because of the inconvenience. I had a call Friday around 4:30 saying it was done. These guys are great and have earned my business, which is a change from only going to the dealership for all my cars for the last 20 years.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and they ended up alerting me to a major issue with my oil and potentials my engine. I am incredibly appreciative of how they showed me the issue and explained what happened or what could happen without making me feel stupid or talking down to me for not knowing. They were very transparent on what they were doing and what the prices would be. Even though I came in for just a couple of simple things, CBA-Gilbert checked my car from bumper to bumper to be thorough. They were very thoughtful when helping me plan for next steps to solve the issue with my car s oil.Each office employee, mechanic and owner, William Thompson, were very professional and kind. I will ONLY take my car to this location from now on! Thank you for all the care you put in!

Tom and Zach were amazing. They did an amazing job getting my 67 Mustang up and running. I had pulled it out of storage and not only was it not starting, gas started pouring out of it. They rebuilt the carburator, new radiator and hoses. Once they got the car running and pulled it out of the bay, the brakes failed. They replaced everything that needed to be replaced on the brakes and nothing more. Tom called me to keep me updated on everything that they were doing with my car. Absolutely love this place! :) It is hard to find a mechanic who is not only honest but knowledgeable too. They do a very thorough inspection with pictures and notes of what needs fixing, find the best pricing for parts, fix it fast and correct the first time. They never look down on you for not knowing cars, they educate you so you can understand and make a good decision. The staff is very professional and friendly, you can tell they have great management and employees! They also offer a clean car shuttle if you don't live too far, have a clean lobby with refreshments, and online coupons for services. Hands down the best place I've gone too. If I could give ten stars I would.I never thought I d have a truly positive experience when my car needed servicing. Christian Brothers got my vehicle in within an hour of my phone call, and they sent me an estimate before they performed the service. They called frequently throughout the day to give me updates and even stayed late to finish the job and accommodate my need for my vehicle the next day. I will be referring anyone I know, and also will have our vehicles for our business serviced here. I appreciate the quality of communication and service more than they ll ever know.
