My wife took her car to have her coolant levels checked. The technician quickly checked and topped off the coolant. When my wife tried to pay, they said it was a no charge fix. This company is staffed with friendly, professional and knowledgable people. We will use Gray s for all of our auto service and repair needs. Outstanding experience!

Been using Gray s for about 8 years now. Management and the guys have always been good to me and my family. I will always go out of my way to get service from them. Even when I now live an hour away. This is the best experience I ve ever had at an auto shop! Aarick explained everything to me in a way I understood, the prices were unbeatable, everyone there was so friendly, and I left feeling safe in mv vehicle. I also learned the difference between tires and wheels. Yes, that s how much I DON T know about cars. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! The staff at the Wetumpka location had an issue with my vehicle due to it's ride height & made arrangements with another location in Tallassee to handle my oil change & tire repair. Friendly, knowledgeable and by everyone at both locations.

Outstanding service! From general maintenance to specific problems, Gray s always takes care of my car quickly and thoroughly. I will 100% recommend this service center to anyone and everyone in the surrounding area time and time again. A special thank you to Dylan and Albert who assisted me on my last visit. We have been taking our cars to Grays now for over 10 years. Eric and the rest of the staff have always done a thorough job for us. It s really nice knowing that when we have car issues or regular maintenance we can trust they will take care of us. Gray s is our go to place for all of our vehicles service and repair needs. It s easy to see why they have so many locations and why their business keeps growing. The staff members here are top notch- very knowledgeable, helpful, and customer service driven. They always go above and beyond. I took my vehicle here to remove a nail from my tire. They found the nail, plugged the tire, aired it up, and didn t charge me anything because I had originally purchased the tires from there. I was stunned. I ve solely used Gray s since then. They do the best work around, and make sure your vehicle is done right before it leaves. I ve had a turbo replaced, air conditioners fixed on multiple vehicles, all kinds of work. Aarick and the other staff and mechanics there have always been excellent to work with. Highly recommend them!

Grays has handled the vehicle maintenance on all of my vehicles including a complete engine replacement on my 2006 Honda Ridgeline.All the employees are nice. They diagnose the problem quickly and give you a complete breakdown of the cost of repairs. The repairs/ service are done quickly and they stand by their work! Aarick and his crew at Gray s tire was very helpful in helping me choose which tire would be best for my vehicle. He had 4 different tire brochures printed out with the price of each set, and after he got the set of tires on he called and told me my alignment was off a little and what it would cost to get it done. The staff at the Wetumpka location are very knowledgeable and their customer service is the best. They dug into the issues they found with my truck. I am thankful the staff was willing to dig and look for the issue vs just repairing based on codes. Also thankful they are willing to take the time to test drive to help address any issues. I d like to personally that Aarick at Gray s Tire. He was very knowledgeable and assisted me with my tires. I was certain I had a hole in all four tires because my tire pressure sure wasn t at 100, only 31 psi. After purchasing new tires from a different shop and the pressure still remaining at 31. I went to Gray s where Aarick assured me it was okay and took care of me like family. 10/10 recommend!Service: Tires
